Fortunately I haven't needed Dr Rodriguez to drill on my teeth but the lady that does my dental hygiene here should good the national award of awesomeness. She's that good!

After having multiple bad Dentist experiences in California I can't say enough positives about Dr. Rodriguez and his entire Staff..Best real Dental Hygienist I've had in a very long time..Crowns look and feel great..and they are Shockingly HONEST..I'm a Veteran and if you are and have Delta Veterans insurance ..this is the Doctor's Office you want.

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Carlos Rodriguez and their team. The office is modern, clean, and has a calming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The staff is incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, making the entire visit seamless from start to finish. Dr. Rodriguez is highly skilled, thorough, and takes the time to explain every step, ensuring you feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the process. Their attention to detail and gentle approach truly set them apart. I couldn’t be happier with the care I received and highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking exceptional dental care.

My family has been coming here for several years and we have nothing but good things to say! This office runs like a well-oiled machine. Everyone is kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. They do excellent work and handle difficult cases (and people!) with care. I highly recommend Dr. Rodriguez's office for any dental needs.

My experience with this dentist reminds me of situations where people go through sad breakups. Not because their partner was mean, but they just weren't the right fit. This place is located near several food spots, including: Starbucks , 'Two Hands' Corn Dogs, and Panda Express. There are more than enough food options to try before entering your appointment to get your teeth cleaned. I found the parking lot to be small & difficult to enter, as driving down E Glenn Street, you'll have to quickly make a left to pass any incoming cars in order to be in the lot. If you're driving the opposite direction, where the office would be located on your right hand side, then it is much easier- unfortunately, my home always put me on the most difficult path. All that being said, I think it was far more comfortable for me when I had someone else drop me off, so I wouldn't need to worry about parking. The waiting room gave me a cozy, 90s style feel, as I sat in an area that was carpeted with a vintage-looking TV, magazines, and a 'Gamecube' system in the corner. Coming here felt like visiting my favorite aunt's house- this is said with love. The dentist room's were much smaller than I'm used to, with a bit of dim lighting, but they had all the equipment necessary to do their job. The customer service was good; I do not have complaints about it at all. This includes the people at the front desk, dentist's assistant, and the dentist himself. When I had to request an appointment on their website, I received a phone call within a few hours- which is also a bonus on their part for their positive service. Here's a tough part...the main reason I'm giving this four stars instead of five is not solely because of the parking lot issue, but because I visited roughly 4-5 times in a few months, and the dental issue I was struggling with was never corrected. I would go onto another dentist, and they corrected it on my first visit. I do not believe these dentists didn't try hard, but I cannot say this place is perfect when the only concern I had wasn't fixed despite so many visits. I really praise Carlos Rodriguez, DMD for their kindness & patience (not to mention their free chapsticks!) which is why it pains me to not give it 5 stars. I would recommend this place to others, but it just wasn't the best fit for me. I thank them regardless for their passion to help, and hopefully the experience working with them will provide more solutions on how to solve problems like mine in the future.
