Perfect Teeth Dental & Orthodontics - North Wilmot

I was a patient at Perfect Teeth for about 5 years and it has been ok. First of the hygienist I had is the best I had. Mindy is amazing, the best I've worked with. However that doesn't make up for the dentist and the rest of the staff. He is rude and condescending. I had an implant done at a different location and had them send my records to perfect teeth so I can get the crown installed. I was told that they would call me within 2 weeks to schedule the fitting. After not getting a call in over a month, I called them. I confirmed that my information was sent by the surgeon and scheduled my appointment. I arrived and was told that the surgeon never sent the record (a lie, I confirmed they had it before I arrived.) I could hear the dentist yelling at the staff in the other room about me wasting their time by not having my record ready. They told me that they didn't have the right equipment to do the fitting and would need to reschedule me. I was promised that they would call me the next day to tell me what was needed. 2 weeks go by with no call. I call again and the person on the phone can't help me with any information. I eventually gave up and switched dentists. Do Not Go Here. This is just the latest of a long series of events that caused me to leave.

Worst dental location. They cancelled my appointment several times and waste my time. They lied to me that my insurance is discount plan but is copay plan. They didn't submit any estimate to insurance and they asked me to overpay full amount $2200 that with insurance cost $500. I cancelled my appointment and going to another dentist. I don't recommend this fraud location.

I honestly cannot speak to the quality of dental care at Perfect Teeth on Speedway, I did not have a chance to to see the doctor or dental hygienist. Two days prior to my appt I was asked to move from 1:30pm to 3:30pm, I said sure. Day of I arrive on time, wait 45 min and then was told Doc is running behind and I would need to be rescheduled, that I can't be seen. People take time off work or other things they take care of for these appointments, it's struck me as disorganized and unprofessional. I don't think I will take another chance with my time, I won't reschedule this appt :-(

I had a great first visit! Staff and doctor were both very supportive and super informative. I now have a comprehensive plan to restore my confidence and smile. I am looking forward to having a brighter future, one that I will be able to smile in. Thank you to everyone at Perfect Teeth!

My family scheduled appointments here after getting new dental insurance. We routinely had our teeth cleaned in 6 month intervals prior. When we went in, both myself and my wife were refused the basic cleaning that is covered under our insurance and told we needed to get periodontal cleanings that would cost more than $1500 for each of us. We asked if we could get our routine cleaning now and think about it and were refused. Notably, the dentist didn't think we had any issues, but the dental hygienist disagreed with him and would not offer us a basic cleaning. We went to a different dentist who offered periodontal cleanings for cheaper, thinking that we needed a deep cleaning. They did a thorough exam with xrays and talked us out of paying them for a deep cleaning, explaining a basic cleaning was all that was necessary. Seems like a grift for new clients who have insurance so that they can get a large sum up front before allowing them to get regular cleanings through the insurance.
