Dr. Diaz and her nurse were excellent. They deserve 5 stars! I have a complaint about their 2 receptionists. I left and went to get my prescription filled. After waiting 15 minutes each of the 2 times I called, I decided to just drive back to Dr. Diaz’s office. No receptionist was there and.there had NO Cover Service to help know what was the problem. The very helpful nurse both sent a reminder to the doctor to “sign” the prescription. (She was at a training.) Also, she helped me to make my follow up appointment. Dr. Ross continues to be a great doctor. He listens to all my questions and concerns and provides sound advice on treatment. I have had many pre-cancerous areas frozen off over the years, too, so his schooling is saving my life! He is also very nice and very focused on doing his work. Thank you, Dr. Ross! His assistant, Diana, was also very nice and helpful in her duties. And they always seem to be running on time. Amazing!

Dr Pho and her assistant were awesome. Though having a small cancer cut out of your face is never really pleasant, they made it about as simple and painless as possible.

Dr. Pho has been great! She diagnosed me with something other doctors overlooked. She was able to relate another condition I had to something else and asked if I also had symptoms of something else. She is very caring and attentive and has put me on track to getting more questions and concerns addressed about my health and the conditions I deal with.
