Dr Caitlin Brewer is phenomenal! She has a very warm bedside manner, and she was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She was also wonderful with my kids and helped them feel comfortable. I will definitely continue seeing her! Highly recommend.

I had a follow-up appointment here and left pretty confused with the overall experience. I was in and out in about 15 minutes, and almost half of that time was spent just checking in and out. The actual appointment was rushed. The dermatologist herself was great, she was kind, helpful, and addressed my concerns. I appreciated her. However, the front desk staff completely changed the experience for me. When I was told to go up to check out, I was told I was interrupting them, and gave me a condescending look which felt incredibly rude and unprofessional. Made me wait more, and then said I was good to go and didn’t really need to checkout. On top of that, I paid a $25 copay and was later told on a text I owe an additional $110, even though I was initially told this visit would be covered by my insurance. The lack of clear communication about billing was frustrating. Overall, while I liked the provider, the poor customer service and confusing billing will make me take my business elsewhere.

From the moment I walked into the lobby, I absolutely loved the atmosphere, so calm and welcoming. The lobby is beautiful, and the staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and polite. The doctor’s assistant was excellent as well. And the doctor himself, what can I say? Shawn is amazing! He’s charismatic, professional, and has such great energy. I’m really excited about the treatment he prescribed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I couldn’t be happier with my visit. 🤍🩶

From the office staff to seeing Liz Harding everything went perfect. They were friendly, efficient and made you feel comfortable. I will definitely be back.
