This is ultimately one of the best places I've been and along with the best people. They go the extra mile for there patients. Toni is awesome. I get my medical cannabis card through her. She is very knowledgeable and empathetic. One of the best places I've been to

Stay as far away from this place as possible. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience working with Toni, Ali, and Matthew, who claims to be the owner. During my initial consultation, the provider was unable to give me pricing information for the services I was interested in. After hearing nothing for four days, I had to reach out myself just to receive basic pricing details. I clearly communicated that I would be leaving town and specifically asked about a medication that needed to be shipped. Ali repeatedly assured me it would arrive before my trip. That never happened. Despite my continued requests for updates, I was essentially ignored. When I finally called, I spoke with Matthew, who said he would arrange for the medication to be delivered to my out-of-town location. That also did not happen. What did happen, however, is that they continued charging weekly payments to my credit card for a service and product I never received. This has now been going on for three weeks. I gave them multiple opportunities to correct the situation, but instead, I’ve been met with silence. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend using this clinic. Save yourself the time, stress, and money — go somewhere else.

This is a small, family owned business. They do their absolute best to make sure everyone who books an appointment has a great experience. With that in mind, know they don't have staff to fill in if someone gets sick or has an emergency. I enjoyed my time here and working with Amber. I look for2ard to coming back soon.

Mountain west is the best, Jessica was so informative and gentle. I am loving my results and can't wait to go back!

Huge thank you to Utah Grown, and Amber, Matthew and Stacie. This will be the 3rd company to provide my card over the years. The experience here was so much warmer than any other place I have gone. I liked that they have different stations you go to for each stage. Each person assisting gets to give me a piece of their knowledge and expertise, leaving me walking out the door with an abundance of new information about how this medicine can help me. As well as learning many other patients impactful journeys to this medicine. I love that it’s a family friendly environment just like going to any doctors office. It’s beautiful to see the normalization of a medicine. Parents not being scared to take their kids to the pharmacy. The experience can be as long or short as YOU need. If you have more questions, they are happy to answer them. Remember, this is your care. Make it matter.
