My daughter got sick on Christmas Eve and I tried to book an IV. They weren’t able to get someone out until super late after we fell asleep (understandably with the holiday) but they kept in contact with me and a nurse came out ON CHRISTMAS DAY and got my daughter the fluids she needed to help her start feeling better. So thankful for these men and women who are willing to come to our homes when we are sick and provide a service that saves us money when we would otherwise have to go to the ER or instacare.

I’ve dealt with intense anxiety for years, and the last couple of weeks were the worst my nervous system has felt in a long time. Nothing I tried was helping. One evening I finally booked the Calm IV, hoping it would take the edge off. About 10 minutes into the infusion, I felt my body start to unwind. It wasn’t a dramatic “switch,” but the nonstop, overwhelming tension I’d been stuck in finally eased. What surprised me most was how I felt afterward. Over the next two days, my stress levels were lower and more manageable than they’d been in over a month. The experience didn’t just help in the moment, it gave me a reset I genuinely needed. If you’re running on empty or stuck in that wired-and-tired state, this was absolutely worth it.

There were problems getting my IV in- I had to wait for a second nurse to come. However, both were very pleasant and skilled. Unfortunately, my migraine did not resolve, but I felt less nauseous and more energy.

I am in my second trimester and have been soooo sick and dehydrated over the last few days. I called my doctors office for an IV order and they couldn’t get me in for at least 24 hours. We called AMIV and within hours they sent someone to my house and took such great care of me! I feel better now than I have in a really long time. Thanks AMIV!!

I’ve given this service multiple chances, but unfortunately, I’ve been repeatedly disappointed. The first time I tried to book, I scheduled an appointment for 7:00 AM because I was extremely sick and had to work at 9:00 AM. Despite their advertised “24-hour service,” I wasn’t even contacted until 6:00 AM—just an hour before my appointment—only to be told they weren’t sure if they could find a nurse. They ultimately couldn’t accommodate me in time, which was frustrating and misleading. A couple of months later, I gave them another try when I got very sick after Thanksgiving. While the nurse was friendly, the IV fluids were so cold that my arm hurt the entire time. I had to massage it myself for relief, and despite the nurse noticing my discomfort, there was no effort to help. I still tipped generously, but it was hard to justify spending $300 on that experience. Most recently, I attempted to book again while feeling awful and running on no sleep while caring for my one-year-old. The website listed an IV for $99 with three add-ons, but when I clicked to book, the price jumped to $150. I even took screenshots and screen-recorded the discrepancy. When I called to ask about it, I was told the price wasn’t supposed to be listed that way. At this point, I can’t justify giving this company any more chances. The lack of reliability, misleading pricing, and uncomfortable IV experience make it impossible to recommend, especially at such a high cost. I’m leaving this review to help others make an informed decision before spending $300 on a service that doesn’t meet expectations.
