Oshun Face & Body Contour

I’ve had a lovely experience at Oshun. Their receptionist is the nicest guy ever and is really accommodating. Aaron, if you see this, let’s take a cycling class together! 😂😂 I can tell they were still putting the finishing touches on their building when I started coming and they’ve done a fantastic job; it’s always a small surprise to see how they’ve improved the space 🪴 Their process is comprehensible and thorough. I’ve had 5 treatments and noticed a visible difference after my 3rd. Can’t wait until we compare my before and after images! I’ve worked mostly with Nathalie, and she is such a happy person! She has excellent customer service skills as well as being a licensed aesthetician with aspirations to do more. She has a real passion for the industry. Overall 10/10 for space, staff, and results. Update: I’m surprised to see a couple of negative reviews here from two of the girls who helped with my consultation and first treatment - they were very pleasant during my appointments. While I would hate to think they were mistreated, this is not a professional manner to seek rectification and any legitimate claims should have been made to the Labor Bureau. I have not witnessed the misconduct they allege and would still recommend Oshun for their services.

Nathalie was very kind, and it was fun to talk to her while she did my procedure.The man I spoke to to schedule my appointment was very kind as well. I had a Groupon, but it was for something I didn't exactly need so they changed it to something I needed more for the same price. When I got there, Nathalie ended up doing both the procedures for me at no extra cost. I was really impressed and would definitely recommend this place!

Because of Covid, it took a couple of reschedulings for my first appointment but it was SO worth it. This is the most amazing staff on earth! Their receptionist is so sweet and he was so helpful with getting my appointments booked. I felt so comfortable and welcomed there, which was so nice with how uncomfortable I typically feel in my body. Paislee is the nicest person on the planet and helped explain everything to me during the appointment. I am so excited to see what this does for my body and seriously cannot wait for my next appointment.
