I was charged over $140 for treatments I did not receive. I’ve had neurotoxin treatments at this clinic three times, but my most recent experience raised serious concerns about billing accuracy and transparency. During my third appointment, the provider asked if I wanted the same treatment I received previously. While describing it, she mentioned injections to the line below the lip toward the chin that would change my smile. I immediately told her I had never had that done and that I had made a very conscious choice not to do anything to my lips or smile area. She checked my file and insisted I had received those injections during both my previous visits, but I would absolutely remember if I had treatment that could change my smile. , I realized I had been charged over $140 for injections I am certain I did not receive. When I contacted the billing department, they told me the provider believed she had performed the injections and therefore they would not refund the charge, despite my explaining the situation. While reviewing the bill more closely, I also discovered they had added a late cancellation fee for a previous appointment that I had canceled due to my son having a severe allergic reaction. At the time, I was assured I would not be charged. The fee had been quietly added anyway. They did refund that portion once I pointed it out, but if I hadn’t checked the bill myself I would have been charged an additional $50 I’m disappointed because I had previously trusted this clinic. Being charged for services I did not receive and having unexpected fees added to my account without communication is very concerning. I hope the clinic reviews this situation, improves their billing transparency, and reaches out to resolve the disputed charge.

Dr Topham is the best of that he does. He is always personable and educates as he is performing his duties. Great doctor and great bedside manors. Highly recommend him. Thx

Dr. Topham has been my dermatologist for over ten years. He is very knowledgable about skin care and has the best new technology for today.

I really like this guy. Takes the time to examine and to explain his findings. May have just saved my life by finding melanoma in the early stages. Highly recommended.
