The staff here are always really friendly. Shaunte was amazing! I left feeling so relaxed, like a huge weight had been lifted from my neck and shoulders. I loved how she didn't chat during the massage. It really allowed me to focus on being in my body and breathing. I would not hesitate to recommend her and Sego Lily Spa to anyone. Thanks for a great experience. I will definitely be back!

I had my first professional massage recently at Sego Lily Spa. It was a really great experience. The greeting was awesome. The amenities at the spa were really nice. The place was super clean. Everybody that we talked to was very professional and made the experience better. I like the meditation room and the eucalyptus steam room in the locker room. The massage therapist was really great. I told her it was the first professional massage experience, and she walked me through how everything would go. I love the warming beds. The whole experience was very relaxing, and I will definitely do it again.

I love Sego Lilly Spa and I will likely never go anywhere else for massage and facials. Their staff is lovely, Emily was responsive to my requests, kind, and delivered a fantastic massage. The amenities that they provide are luxurious and the entire place is clean and smells delivious. I am getting gift cards to this spa for everyone I know!!

My wife has done multiple massages at Sego Lily over the last 15-20 years, both at this location and others, including a couples massage we did a year ago (which is what this paragraph is based off). The outside of the building could use a powerwash and some paint as some of the stucco feels a little bit dingy (admittedly the winter season doesn't help that), but once you get inside, it is very nice and you don't feel like you're feet away from a busy road. The whole experience from start to finish was pleasant. There is a sitting room where you can wait and relax between spa sessions. The massage was great, and the whole experience was very enjoyable. I was apprehensive about my first massage, but ended up really enjoying it. 5-stars up to now. Most recently, my wife picked up a massage on a Black Friday deal, which came with a free 60-minute massage. She didn't realize it at the time, but the free massage was only good til the end of the year (barely a month after purchase). Luckily she realized that right before it expired and she was able to get a last-minute appointment, which was inconvenient because we live out of state and had to take time out of the holidays with family to accommodate it. When she arrived for her massage, the place was pretty well packed full. The serene experience we had enjoyed in the past was replaced by more of busy "Wal-Mart" experience, where there was hardly even an open place to sit in the sitting room, and there wasn't an open shower after the massage. It seems like it would make more sense to either extend the expiration date to avoid getting so many last-minute people trying to cram in their free massage, or do like some places and use a variety of redemption windows (like I can only redeem in Jan, the next guy can only redeem in Feb, etc). Space it out so the integrity of the experience isn't ruined by a crowd or overbooking. More concerning on the most recent visit, my wife noted that the massage was physically decent, but wasn't enjoyable because her therapist smelled like cheap cigarette smoke, which completely distracted from the experience. In an environment that uses such subtle things as incense and essential oils to enhance the experience, something like the pungent smell of cigarettes has the opposite effect. All the hand-washing and tooth-brushing in the world can't get that smell off your breath and out of your hair, unfortunately. If someone wants to smoke, great for them; but of all the jobs out there, this is one of the very few where that habit directly affects the customer in a negative way. If a company in this specific industry is going to hire someone who smokes, it should at least be an opt-in for the customer because it will absolutely affect the experience. What is usually a 5-star (or above!) experience was more unpleasant than anything on the most recent visit, and has made us a little gun shy with worry about having the same experience in the future. A spa visit should be a relaxing activity to look forward to, not one to be stressing over "I hope it doesn't turn out like last time." I'm sure we'll be back (maybe not to this location), but the sanctity of the massage experience has been tainted a bit going forward.

I am updating my previous 1-star review to 5 stars after an incredible follow-up experience. After my initial disappointing visit, the owner, Alisa, personally reached out to me to make things right. She offered a complimentary session to ensure I received the care I was looking for. I saw Shaunte today, and she was absolutely incredible. She was extremely attentive to my chronic pain needs and why I was there. Her professionalism was top-notch, and I left feeling significantly more relaxed and relieved than when I arrived. It’s clear now why this spa has such a high rating—they truly stand behind their service and value their clients. I’m very grateful for the turnaround.
