Wellness Relax Center Foot Spa

I have been going regularly. They have been better than all the different places I have gone to for years. It helps me from hurting. They do a great job for a good price. Kind and work hard. I do deep tissue as often as I can.

Before going I called and asked if there was someone who could do deep. He assured me there was. It was not deep at all. I feel like they tricked me to just come. The girl said she only does soft to med pressure. It was a waste of my time. I would like a refund.

They lost me from the initial phone call. When they answered the phone they did not say the name of the business, just hello, so I had to ask if I reached the right place. When I asked if I needed an appointment for a certain day he just asked what time, I said 10, he said ok and that was it. I asked if there was anything else needed from me and he said no and then bye. I work too hard for my money and I will not go to places with poor customer service.
