My fiancé and I had a really great visit at Fika Reflexology Bar. From the moment we walked in, everything felt easy and welcoming. • The price was super fair, and there were no surprises. For what you get, it’s honestly a great value. • The place was clean, calm, and really relaxing. The vibe was just right. • The staff clearly knows what they’re doing. You can tell they’re experienced and take their work seriously. • The customer service was great from start to finish. We were greeted right away, they explained everything clearly, and we felt taken care of the whole time. Overall, it was a great experience and the team did an awesome job. We’ll definitely be back.

The experience once you walk in the door is amazing. From booking your service, choosing the scents and add ons and sipping on cold lemon water while you wait to head back. Once you head back to your appointment it feels like you are transported. I can’t remember the last time I ever felt that relaxed! I highly recommend adding on a scalp treatment, you won’t regret it.

Fika came highly recomended and after going for my first time I would completely agree. As you walk in you feel your stress melt away. The reception area is clean and inviting. I would suggest making your appt online, and don’t wait until the same day you want to go. They’re busy and they might be all booked. They having refreshing water and snacks in the entry way. We had a party of 4 so we were able to have the curtains between us all open, so it was like we were all in the same room. Trust me, when you’re sitting in that chair and enjoying your treatment you won’t be visiting with your group. The chairs are extremely comfy and your mind takes you to a quiet and tranquil place while you receive your amazing treatment. It is a slice of heaven. Go treat yourself, you will become a regular. Online, you can choose a man or woman or you can be choose a specific person to work on you. I had Lisa Jones and I can’t say enough about how amazing she was. She is my Go To!! You can choose to have a weighted blanket or you can go without. A heated eye mask really sets the tone. They have several treatment options. Whether your alone, go as a couple or have a group, make sure you try it out, you deserve it!!

OMG this place is AMAZING! I had a long day of grooming dogs and needed this so bad! The atmosphere, the drinks and snacks in the waiting room, the adorable and friendly receptionist and the incredible and talented girl who gave me my 60 min massage head to toe was all a dream! My husband and I would love to have a monthly membership here for sure!! Thank you Fika for creating a unique Scandinavian experience here in St. George! I will definitely be back again!

Fika is sooooo relaxing! It feels incredible. They focus on your feet for the majority of the time, which I love! And they still spend time on your hands and head too, it’s the perfect amount of time divided to each part. I don’t think there’s a more pampering service out there! I absolutely loved it and can’t wait to take my mom too because I know she will be obsessed!
