I’ve been hearing about the benefits of infrared sauna and cold plunge so I am very happy to find this place that offers a fully private room with a full spectrum infrared sauna, shower and a cold plunge all in the same room. The rain shower was very relaxing with endless hot water. I’ve gone 4 times now and love rinsing off in cool water in the rain showers, cold plunging then gradually warming back up in the sauna then finally rinsing off again in the shower. I was also impressed with the accommodations of waffle towels, unlimited refills of Alkaline water, shampoo, conditioner and especially the eucalyptus body wash. I’m hooked and will be purchasing a membership!

I had the European facial. It's lovely to sink into Kimberly's bed and feel cared for in her soothing presence as she massages and moisturizes you. Highly recommend her for treatments!

Kayla was amazing she got out two years worth of knots out, she’s very professional, sweet, funny and kind! The facility is clean and very well maintained! After my massage I used the amazing sauna, that included a cold plunge and finish it off with a soothing shower! Recommend 1000 % !

We showed up as walkins and were delightfully surprised to find out there’s a free trial for first time for sauna and cold plunges. Kimberly, the owner, was super kind and accommodating for our group of four and walked us through the different options. There were two small cold plunges at 56F? And 40F in a room with a traditional sauna. And in the room with the infrared sauna there was a larger cold plunge. In the common room there are lockers, a water refill station, several tea options (the apple pie chai was lovely), cups and mugs. It also seems like there are options for massages, facials, and pedicure/manicures. We’re hoping to come in again Saturday for the perfect recovery session after a week of skiing!

Had an incredible experience here. Me and my wife did the private sauna and cold plunge together. It felt very rejuvenating. We had a private space with the sauna (w/ red light therapy), a cold plunge, and a luxurious shower. We will definitely be back
