I left my brow appointment today so incredibly thrilled with my results! Cassidy is brilliant at her craft and absolutely took a ton of time to hear my thoughts and preferences and then was confident and capable enough to go over mapping and her opinion and experience. It was 💯 worth trusting her with the process as the results are amazing and fit my face perfectly. I also appreciated how sanitary and clean she was and her beautiful office and how meticulously she handled all of her tools and surfaces etc. I can’t wait to go back and have her do my lash liner and wings! Life changing experience, no more sloppy makeup attempts for me…

If you’re in SLC and grew up in the era of over-tweezed brows… hi, same. 😅 My natural brows have always been pretty thin (see the “original brows” pics), which meant if I didn’t thread/tint/fill them, I looked half-finished next to my lash extensions. Day to day I’m low-maintenance and a little tomboy-ish — skincare, lashes, hair, usually bare faced (minus sunscreen). My work-life is a mix of Zoom and in-person meetings, and most days I’m in and out: walking my dog, hitting the gym or running errands, running home rinsing off, then heading back out for more meetings or social things. I wanted “set it and forget it” brows that looked done without needing 15 minutes and three products every time I walked out the door. My first step was a light brow tattoo with one of my tattoo artists as a low-commitment trial. He’s someone I trust for big, detailed pieces and tattoo paramedical work (i.e. scar camouflage, areola reconstruction post mastectomy, corrective color work over surgical scars, etc.) and because his pricing is set up for long tattoo sessions, my brows came out under $200 with tip. As they faded, exactly as expected, I realized: nope, I do not want to go back to filling these in every day. I was ready to invest in an aesthetician-led permanent makeup treatment. Enter Cassidy. 💁🏽‍♀️ I already had healed pigment, so she used me as a model for a color-correction class. Lying there, I listened to her talk through undertones, which pigments would heal too warm or too ashy on my skin, how my natural brow color and blue hair factored in, how different skin types heal, and why she was choosing each mapping line and machine stroke. It was basically a mini masterclass on my face. The “Brows w/ Cassidy” photos are the fully healed, two-years-later result (done in 2023, no touch-ups yet). They match my actual brow hair and skin tone so well that people assume they’re just my real brows and good genetics. Genuinely, if you want low-maintenance, natural-looking brows in Salt Lake that last, and don’t scream “permanent make-up,” I’d recommend Cassidy in a heartbeat. I honestly can’t imagine going to anyone else for my brow touch-ups or referrals.

Cassidy is a rock star! I was a little anxious about getting tattooed brows but after the experience with Cassidy I can say the time and expense is well worth it. She explained every stage as she went along with kindness and gentle hands. She is a true expert in her field. Love, love, love the end product!
