I really can’t say enough about how amazing Leah and her team are at Smooth Lake City. I’ve been coming here for about a year and every visit has been a great experience. As a member of the LGBTQ community it can be so difficult to find someone as welcoming, kind, and considerate as Leah is. Electrolysis isn’t always an enjoyable process, but Leah does a great job at making the process as quick and painless as possible. If you’ve been thinking of doing electrolysis definitely give Smooth Lake City a try.

This was the first place I tried electrolysis and I never had any reason to go elsewhere. Caryn and Leah are wonderful and always listened if I had any questions or concerns and did their best to work with my schedule. During sessions the music selection was a pleasant ever evolving mix that helped distract, the temperature was always nice through the seasons, and they always made me feel welcome and relaxed whether I was feeling talkative or just wanted to focus on reading. The business itself is tidy, clean, and decorated well enough to give it a relaxing vibe rather than being clinical. It's also close to the highway and easy to park near, which makes things so much easier for routine visits! After spending 9 months visiting Smooth Lake City I have no regrets and would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone who needs permanent hair removal.

I’m so happy I found Leah! She’s a skilled practitioner who knows her stuff! She immediately understood my hair and skin struggles as she’s not only an electrologist but also an esthetician (it’s rare to find both). She has a beautiful, welcoming salon space too. If I could give Leah 10 stars, I would!

I came in for a consultation and after receiving the complimentary sample of electrolysis I decided it wasn't for me. But I still want to give 5* to this business for their great customer service and friendly staff. The space was clean and cute.

I would have to say, I couldn't recommend Leah and Karen enough!!!!! And I cannot rave enough about the service, and care that I have experienced! Leah has been an absolute love! She and her colleagues are well versed in the hair removal process and the progress on my journey to hair removal! If you're looking for permanent hair removal, this place literally has your journey in mind and strive to be a friend along the way!
