I had such a great experience with my laser treatment at this clinic! From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming and professional. Kaylie at the front desk was amazing — super friendly, organized, and made the check-in process smooth and easy. Audrey, the nurse who performed my laser treatment, was equally impressive. She was knowledgeable, patient, and explained everything clearly before getting started. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and checked in with me throughout the procedure. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. The clinic itself is very clean, modern, and well-maintained. The whole team feels like a group of young professionals who are passionate about what they do and genuinely want you to feel comfortable and at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering laser treatment!

I came in for the Valentine’s party and specials and it was nothing short of amazing. The staff members were extremely welcoming and it was so easy to have a personal conversation with them. I got my first session of tattoo removal, it was quick, very informative, and exactly what I wanted. The checkout process was honestly refreshing. I was not bombarded with pressure into anything, I had all my questions answered, and that really was the cherry on top. I had a great experience and I will be returning for more sessions and more services as well! Seriously cannot thank them enough for this experience!

I had the best experience at LaserAway! The girls at the front desk were so sweet and welcoming. I got a full syringe done by Melissa and I’m so happy with the results! She was amazing and so easy to talk to. It was also fairly painless and affordable. Highly recommend!!

I had high hopes for LaserAway, but the experience was very disappointing. I paid a significant amount of money expecting the results they promised for laser treatment, yet I saw no improvement. Eventually, I requested all my appointments with Chanice. She was wonderful and clearly knew what she was doing. Unfortunately, my appointments with other staff members felt ineffective, almost like nothing was being done. When I raised my concerns, I was assured that they would help find a solution. However, the staff member assisting me quit, and I never heard back from anyone despite being told I would receive a call. It left me feeling like their priority was getting more money, not actually helping customers. What made it worse was that I had already paid for the original package and ended up paying additional money just to try to reach the promised 80% reduction—which I still did not achieve. When I originally signed up over the phone, I was told I wouldn’t need to pay more after the 8 treatments. Later, when I brought this up, I was told that the in-office staff are “different” from the phone representatives and aren’t really trained the same. That’s unbelievable to me, it's one company, and customers should expect consistent, accurate information from all representatives.
