I won’t claim that this dental clinic is the best in Salt Lake City, but I can confidently say that in my personal experience, they’ve treated me exceptionally well. I’m thoroughly satisfied with the results I’ve achieved so far, and their prices are reasonable while maintaining high quality. I’ve had my braces placed with them and am almost finished with the process. I highly recommend giving them a try.

I had a wonderful experience at Monarch Dental. The entire team is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you feel comfortable throughout the whole visit. You can tell they truly care about their patients and pay attention to every detail. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental care.

Pray was the best dental assistant ive ever had!!! He is funny and smart and made an experience to the dentist better because i dont like going to the dentist. Such an amazing person!! Made me feel at home even though I was at the dentist!!! Hes so nice and efficient on his job!! He deserves a raise!!! I will keep coming back because of him!!! Thumbs up!!! I give him 1000 stars!!! Been coming here for over a decade and I love this office! Whenever I have an issue, I know I can call to get it fixed. They are very good at sending reminders for appointments. You are in good hands here!

I had a few procedures done here, and had braces treatment for a year. I paid them via Care Credit. I told them I was moving to NYC and they confidently told me I could transfer my care to several available 'Smile Brand' clinic and pick my treatment up at any surrounding clinic. NONE of the clinic near me (even in New Jersey) do orthodontics. So i had to pay out of pocket a new Ortho in NYC while also owing $2,000 to Monarch for care i'm never going to get but was told I could. I have called them once or twice a week for over a month and keep getting told someone will call me to tell me whether or not they can decrease my balance I owe them.. but no one ever does. I dont want to be the type of person that blows up an office phone. Will someone PLEASE call me and tell me what my options are? I'm uninsured and owe Monarch $2,000 AND am now paying $3k to ANOTHER ortho. Do yall not have bills? The people who work here don't make soooooooooo much money that yall don't understand the financial strain this would put on the average person? I'm literally just asking for a yes or no on what my options are for the money I still am paying....
