All I have to say is good things about this dental office. The doctor and all the staff are superb! It’s always a great experience. Doctor did a great job numbing me (didn’t feel a thing when I got my shot) and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. The dentist can be a very unpleasant experience so it helps when the staff and doctor are awesome!

I tell everyone about this dental office. The Dr and staff are amazing. I feel so comfortable with them. To attest to this, I went through a phase where I didn’t like to get numbed during dental procedures. The staff didn’t numb me and always were gentle and it was never a bad experience. They’ve squeezed me in when I needed. I’ve moved around a bit and even if I move 40+ minutes away I always choose to go back to them. I love to support them and what they do!

Doctor Updike and his team are so awesome. We have been seeing him as a family for years and we are so grateful for his attention and for always taking care of all of us so well. The kids feel totally comfortable, and odd enough to say, going to the dentist is an enjoyable experience.

As someone with very sensitive teeth, I needed a dentist who would understand my visceral aversion to dental pain. For 10+ years, Dr. Updike has repeatedly proven himself a dedicated dental professional with a team of superlative support staff. Am very grateful for his dedication, consistent care and reliable filling/crown work.

South Temple Dental is a class act. The entire staff is very professional. Dr. Updike is highly collaborative in his care, discussing options and allowing the patient to choose. However, I consider him to be an expert consultant, I always ask him what he would do if I were his own father and then go with his recommendations. He has never steered me wrong.
