iSmile at The Avenues

What began with googling “Dental Services for Veterans” lead to a harmonious experience of optimism. Before showing up to my appointment, I was contacted 2 days ahead, via text, about an opening. Unfortunately I couldn’t make it however I Love that this dental facility was looking out for my best interest. As the days approached, iSmile’s commitment to excellence spoke for itself as I received reminders of my appointment. On the day of, I was treated by Roxanne’s heart warming hospitality. From there Josh took over, very professional and attentive to precision of x-rays, preparing detailed information for Dr. Gonzalez, and taking down notes; on top of his game. I finally got to meet Dr. Gonzalez. Although I haven’t been to a dental office since 2019, she reassured me that everything will be alright. Dr. Gonzalez did so by sharing person work done to her teeth in the past. After my consultation, I had the privilege of meeting Stephanie. Without missing a beat, she informed me with in-depth, detailed information about my visit and a variety of directions to take given the diagnosis of my visit. I was left astonished as she patiently waited and worked with me as I gathered my sources from the Veteran Affairs about my insurance options. My entire experience with iSmile was truly astonishing. Honestly, my time here literally made me forget about all the recent chaos going on in this nation. Thank you for treating me with so much Love.

I had a great experience with iSmile at the Avenues! The whole process was super smooth. Easy to schedule, free garage parking, and a comfortable (and cute!) waiting room. The chair that I was in for my cleaning even gave me a massage, which is something I've never experienced at a dental appointment! Stephanie at the front desk was great and super welcoming, Garrett was very friendly and explained everything that they'd be doing thoroughly, and Dr. Gonzalez was so kind and informative. Everyone I encountered was super nice, but they especially made my experience great. They made sure to check my insurance and would let me know exactly what would be owed for anything before doing it, and I didn't feel pressured into getting anything I didn't need. I will definitely be returning!

I really like this team! I've used several dentists, largely chasing clinics that accept my insurance plan. Because I have tried UofU student clinic and other Venture Capital owned clinics, which have the most outrageous prices. iSmile has a close knit team, Dr. Gonzalez is confident and their entire staff work together to make your experience the best it can be. I would recommend this clinic over VC owned firms posing as local community providers. These VC firms buying up local clinics are just harvesting data to control outrageous pricing—pretending to be small town dentists—iSmile is NOT that, they have fair prices and will perform work responsibly knowing what they can handle and what they can't.

I had a great experience!! Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job working with weird timelines and circumstances due to me going to school out of state. They were even able to get me my retainers after I had left the state. They got them to me so fast everything still fit great .Not to mention that everything was very affordable compared to the other orthodontists I have been going to. I will definitely be coming back soon :)

iSmile at the Avenues have been my go-to dental clinic since 2021. I’ve done cleaning, whitening, wisdom teeth removal and the services were top notch. Dr. Barton is so professional and been my dentist since then. Dra Gonzales was so nice and made me comfortable when I had a procedure done. I have referred this clinic to my friends and they also loved it!
