This dental clinic truly stands out for its professionalism and patient care. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The dentist was gentle, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. I appreciated how thoroughly they explained my treatment options. The entire facility was spotless and comfortable. I left feeling confident about my dental health and grateful for such excellent service.

As someone who has really bad dental anxiety, this was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I have to give a shout out to Lisa, my dental hygienist for the day. She was incredibly kind and understanding of my anxiety. She made sure to explain before doing anything and even showed me what she looks for on my X-rays. She made me feel so at ease and did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. The whole team was great and I actually look forward to coming back!

Even without an appointment I was enthusiastically welcomed into the dental suite. Everyone at the front desk was so nice! My scan was done very professionally and again, even not being on Dr Elder’s schedule I was seated with Dr Elder coming in to describe my situation and offer options for moving forward. As a snowstorm created a couple of cancellations, I was able to have Dr Elder work on me, saving me a tremendous amount of time. I do not deaden up well—and never have. With the procedure requiring some very strategic and normally painful injections, Dr Elder’s approach was perfect and painless. Amazing! You guys rock!

Not just the best dentist, the best health care provider of any kind! Dr. Elder is the most amazing human. He is always in a good mood, he lives and embodies his true purpose, to help people. No matter what. The things he has done for me, my family, and others are incredible. Everyone normally hates their dentist, and while I don't like having to go, I do enjoy going to my dentist. It doesn't matter if you are meticulous with your oral hygiene, or haven't brushed in 20 years, they will take care of you. It starts at the top, Dr. Elder is incredible, and the staff that supports him are equally amazing.

Listen... I have avoided reviewing SLDC because I have been going here since they were a much smaller operation. My dentist is the GOAT - which is a hard title to give a dentist as a traumatized dental-phobe. (Shout-out to Lisa, who is the best dental hygienist I've ever had. Always remembers my name, my husband's and what sort of events I have had going on between visits, and has helped get my tooth sensitivity back to a manageable state so that I don't panic, bleed and cry when I have to go in.) But the thing is, I've been raving about SLDC for years and now it's not so easy to get my appointments. Everyone else has figured out how amazing SLDC is as well, so I'm going to give them 5 stars, but I absolutely do not want anyone else to go there!!!
