Krystal is an amazing soul; both in her clinical expertise and her warmth and care she has for each of clients. I did a lot of damage to my skin for a long time. I am grateful for all her wonderful client services and education she provides me. And a bonus is the emotional lift I feel after my visits.

Let's talk about adult acne. It is terrible, and it took a huge hit on my self esteem. I started seeing Krystal 2 weeks after getting engaged in January 2022. I had a goal to clear my skin (closed comedones all over my chin, creating a bumpy texture) before my wedding day in December 2022. A whole year. Krystal was realistic during the entire process, while also keeping me hopeful and goal-oriented. She was up front that the process would take about a year and involve purging. Through monthly appointments, a product regiment designed just for me, and therapeutic text messages of support during this entire process - I am pleased to say that on my wedding day I never felt more beautiful. My make up artist even complimented my skin. Krystal has gone above and beyond for me, including various samples for me to try and was clearly invested with me in my success. Not only do I love the products I use now, but I've made a new friend in adulthood. Krystal is the best of the best, knows her stuff, and gives her clients her all.
