Valley Vital Care - Richmond

Karen and Dean are ABSOLUTELY 5 STAR ALL STARS to your TEAM. You have two GEMS. They both are amazing at what they do. We have been very comfortable in their care... Thank you SOOO MUCH

Our first encouter was AWFUL her name was Roiya Stwodah,she was VERY NASTY walking in the door with her introduction and DOWN HILL from there. She LEFT because we had legitimate questions that we thought she could answer..NOPE packed her educational belongings said she would be right back AND DID NOT RETURN. This led us having to STAY ANOTHER night in the hospital because it was A MUST we be Educated prior being discharged.. Mind you we had our discharge papers and all things packed in the car after a 11 day stay in the hospital. She was AWFUL and should be reprimanded IMMEDIATELY before she is allowed to see another patient.

My nurse was Karen. She is such a lovely person. The care is outstanding from the whole staff. I didn't even get a bruise where the needle went in.

All was excellent. My infusion nurse Dequarn(?) was very knowledgeable, professional and I didn't feel when he set up the to prep for the actual infusion. And the front desk young lady was extremely helpful, since my initial appointment needed to be rescheduled.

Absolutely amazing company! We were given the choice of this company or one other when discharged with a PICC line. After a few phone calls, I was convinced that this company had what it took to help manage my son's care. Dean came to the hospital and was compassionate, personable and extremely helpful. They have continued to meet (and exceed!) our son's care needs. Thank you Vital Care!
