TwelveStone Infusion Center Richmond

This place is fantastic. The private infusion rooms and snack and coffee bar available make for a nice, easy and private experience. Easy location in the middle of the area so easy to get to from most locations in town. The office is comfortable and clean and run very well and efficiently. They are always on top of any important dates, information needed, insurance stuff etc well before we even think to ask about it. But the real gem is the amazing people. Everyone is always so warm and inviting. They make the experience comfortable, safe and even fun (or as fun as an infusion can be). We always joke it’s our favorite social hour of the month when we visit and get to catch up with the team. It’s professional but caring the way we wish all medical care was. Great office, really great staff, great place all around that I highly recommend.

I’ve had an excellent experience at this infusion center. The staff is truly amazing. Everyone is always professional, attentive, and consistently kind. They make sure every visit is smooth and comfortable, and their level of care is absolutely five‑star worthy. I’m grateful for the compassion and dedication they show each time I’m here. This was my first experience at an "Infusion Center". From start to finish the staff members, especially Shelby RN, were very warm and welcoming. I got to the parking lot at 0915 for my 0930. Most of the spaces in the lot were marked Handicapped so I parked in the adjacent St Mary's Hospital ramp garage ( free of charge). The check in process was efficient, less than 5 mins. In the lobby I heard soothing ambient instrumental music like in a spa. Shortly after I was taken to my private infusion/ treatment room. Shelby introduced herself and briefed me on what to expect and , of course, reviewed my medical history and med list. My injection took place at 0940 after which a 30 min timer was set. I helped myself to the snack bar and just chilled for the rest of my I observation period. Overall this was a smooth and pleasant process. I highly recommend the Maple Ave RVA location for Twelve Stone Infusion!

The awesome staff of 12 Stone Has never gotten me to groan Their service is always on point Everyone is superb in the joint! The needles are just a quick pinch The pain is all gone in a cinch! No matter which nurse I am assigned Their attention gives me peace of mind The staff is so friendly and kind A better place you cannot find!

The Richmond office of Twelve Stone is a great place for infusions for chronic care with medication management. The staff is incredibly friendly and caring. They manage a migraine medication for me and the do an excellent job communicating with my neurologist. They make everything so easy.
