I can’t say enough great things about Infusion Solutions! From the moment you walk in, the experience feels more like a spa than a medical appointment. First, a huge shout-out to Savannah, my RN. She has been with me consistently and is simply phenomenal. She’s incredibly sweet, remembers the little details about me even though I only come every 8 weeks, and she is amazing at starting IV. I don’t even feel it. Having her as my nurse makes the experience so much better for me. The facility itself is outstanding: private suites all around a nurses’ station, each with a massage chair, TV, high-speed WiFi, and space for a guest. There are snacks, coffee, sodas, juices, water, even cheese and jerky! It honestly feels like first-class treatment. They even have private assigned parking right by the entrance, which makes everything stress-free. After switching from a hospital infusion center, I couldn’t believe how much better this experience is. Infusion Solutions truly sets the bar for comfort, professionalism, and care. Highly recommend — 5/5 without hesitation!

This used to be a good company. They've recently changed their policy so anyone who used to be able to book 2 appointments a week for infusions can now only book one appointment a week (if lucky). This seriously affects health, and it has now officially lost customers. Please change back to policies that help people, not corporate pockets. (Also, the nurses here are so sweet and amazing, this is a company problem, not employee problem.)

Really upsetting the way things are now and going towards .. leaving this center because the new rules against planning hydration one day in advance !! What! I’ve been with the center since the beginning and developed such amazing relationships with these nurses almost 3 years ! Now it’s about the almighty dollar and not at all the way it used to be about the patients and caring for them. This is sad because this center will really suffer from patients leaving and employees. Hope it will be worth it for them !!
