The program was easy and teaches you a lot about nutrition and how your body uses it. I enjoyed this program, met my weight loss goal and absolutely loved my health coach sessions! It’s definitely a life long plan you can easily continue to maintain a healthy weight!

I lost 30 pounds in two months and have reset my goals for a little bit more. I came into this program with high expectations having seen others results, but it exceeded those very high expectations. I have never felt so good no inflammation and energetic, and of course, lost the weight that I was unable to lose otherwise. I highly recommend this for anybody that is motivated and truly serious about losing weight. That is the essential factor the beautiful thing as if you’re serious and motivated, this is a full proof methodology to enable you to succeed! Many stars and many thumbs up!!

They were persistent until I paid in full. I still tried to give them a chance but I was thrown off from the beginning. I am very big on keeping my promises to my customers. The bad experience started the same day I made my payment and it continued. I would not recommend. I gave them 2 stars just because I could tell that Angela was trying to keep her commitment. Reply: I really dont care what experience anyone else has had, through I hoped it was better. This was my experience. And I expressed my disappointment in the communication after I made my payment to the owner as well as others. I WAS TOLD CALL OR TEXT ANYTIME. " This is my personal number". And everytime I called texted or messaged on the app no one responded. I called to ask questions before I started(after I paid), I called to confirm my first appointment (because when I orginally came to the door the owner said she didnt see my appointment). I called with issues and questions about the app and the program. No one contacted me back period. The communication after payment sucked and I expressed this several times. When I messaged Angela she is the only one who ever responded. I was asked to give a review immediately after I started but how can I give a honest review at that point. I did have an appointment today that I had no intention on keeping but I scheduled it because I paid for it! When I got the reminder of the appointment, it reminded me to do this review. From my experience I would not recommended. I dont know what my missed appointment has to do with my review. You speak to the owner, Angela, or other stuff. The communication issues started right after I left from making my payment and continued the whole time. My review is of your customer service. I did not finish the program so I wont review on that. Through is just eating small portions. Its not much to it. I told you that my most important thing was for support and that was off from the moment I reached out and no one returned my call or text. As a matter of fact when she finally listened to message and called me she apologized and I believed it until it happened again 2 days later.

We had our first health coach visit with Angela. She was so clear and informed. We felt like we’ve know her forever! We’re so excited to be working with her to get on track to be healthier and feel great. Tiff was amazing as well.

I visited RVA weight loss clinic. I was pleased with the professionalism and the presentation of the program. Jesse was awesome. This is a great place to start your weight loss journey.
