Kelly at Massage Envy is an amazing massage therapist! I have had massages in the past by other therapists but Keely is the best! She is the primary reason I continue my membership. She uses many therapeutic techniques with the perfect amount of pressure. Friendly and personable as well! Please ensure this message makes its way to Kelly at the Mechanicsville location!

This was my first visit to any Massage Envy. The front desk staff was incredibly kind & accommodating. Massage therapist (Tim) was thorough, professional, and definitely pays attention to problem areas if applicable. Will be back! :)

I was passing through Richmond and booked with Dana. She is by far one of the best therapists I have every worked with. I appreciate her intuitive process and attention to detail. Her work is very impactful and it was such a pleasure to meet her and work with her. Thank you for all that you do!

I would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for my experience with ending my membership. I never had an issue with this location, I had the best masseuse, Lisa (please check her out). My last appointment in April I told the front desk agent that I knew my contract was up at the end of the month and that I did not want to renew and I knew I had my last payment coming out in a few days. We went through how many sessions I had left and if I wanted to schedule. At the time I only had 2 left so I told her that I would schedule 1 which was a facial and I would schedule my last one after my facial. Not once did she say anything to me about me having to be contacted about signing anything nor did she give me anything to sign. Fast forward I had to cancel my facial 2 days before it was scheduled. On the day that I am usually billed, I get a text saying that I was just billed and asking did I want to schedule an appointment so I immediately call up there to find out what’s going on as I had not budgeted for this expense. I was told the manager would call me back when he comes in. When Brett the manager did come in later and I told him what happened, Brett took his workers side and basically called me a liar and I didn’t ask for my contract to end and wouldn’t refund me for the month when I told him the conversation I had. He stated that she knows what she’s doing and she knows what to do and would never forget to do that. I informed him that I know what I told her because I know what other things that I had to do with my money and that’s why I was ending my contract and that money was not in my budget for that month to be taken out and it’s like he didn’t care. What kind of customer service is that!? So now I’m left with 3 services and I don’t even want to go back to that location because of that. I know I can go to any location, but Lisa is the best. I contacted headquarters but unfortunately there wasn’t much they could do as they are franchised.

My very first experience with Massage Envy wasn’t great a few years back and I was reluctant to return.. but I met Dana and the front end staff whose names I didn’t get.. they took good care of me. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and will be returning!
