Kelly Massage Spa

Horrible massage. I've been in the past and it was great but the person today said she was new and it was awful. She knew I wasn't happy and still asked for a tip.

The lady here is sweet, friendly, and gives the best massages. I got a good massage today, and my back seems to relax a little

I absolutely recommend this spa. I’ve gotten massages over the years but I received the best I’ve ever had from this hidden gem in a nondescript shopping center. The spa was clean and thoughtfully decorated and I was warmly welcomed in and had very attentive staff make me feel at ease right away. There was upbeat music playing and the tempo fit the environment so much better than the usual sleepy elevator music I’m use too. The masseuse found the pinpoint spots no one else has and coaxed them slowly to the point of releasing all the knots I didn’t know I had. I’ve felt the difference days afterwards and it was such a masterful job by her. I can’t say enough except, I’m going back!

60min cost 70$, we pay before service. We everybody work hard to earn money. Asking for TIPS is not good idea and i think 🤔 its not compulsory, TIPS will be provided when customers happy. Its your job so we pay as your rate. Don’t ask for tips again . We appreciate your work done and keep it up and try to make customers happy so they can come again n again. Thank You

Worst behavior of the person who serviced me. She wanted tip while I entered the center itself. I took a service for 1 hour massage, and it was invoiced to 73$. They asked me to tip via zelle or credit card as if it's a mandatory thing in their service. In this minor service I told they can add 7$ but that lady who serviced me shouted in some Chinese or Japanese language. I cannot understand what she spoke but she showed her face and went inside that massage room and was shouting. Another person who was at the counter (called herself as manager) did not even hear me. IS IT NOT REDICULOUS TO ASK FOR TIP AS A MANDATORY ITEM. CUSTOMERS SHOULD HAPPILY GIVE ON THEIR OWN. IS 7$ NOT ENOUGH FOR A 73$ SERVICE AMOUNT. HOW MUCH IS EXPECTED TO BE PAID AS A TIP AMOUNT???. SHOULD I PAY ANOTHER 70 DOLLARS??? THE KELLY MANAGEMENT SHOULD TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY AND INSTRUCT THEIR SERVICING PERSON NOT TO BEHAVE CHEAP LIKE THIS. MOREOVER THIS IS NOT MY FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE AT THIS CENTER.
