I recently attended this spa as a birthday gift from my husband and had a great experience . There had been some mix up with the dates on my husband’s end and Jose at the front went above and beyond to make sure that I was accommodated and relaxed during my special day . He tirelessly worked to find a therapist that could come in even though they were closed for maintenance and my therapist Gina was amazing ! It was more than a massage , it was an experience. She is a true healer , not just of the body but the mind . The 90 minute deep tissue massage was just what I needed and I would definitely come back again . Great customer service goes a long way!

Full body massage for him and facial for me. Jean and Ana were amazing. Enjoyed the full experience and hospitality. Definitely recommend, its convenient and a comfortable.

Elizabeth is exceptionally skilled in her craft and has created a welcoming atmosphere for her clients. She is refurbishing the space after recently purchasing the salon, and I am confident she will do a fabulous job. My mom and I are particular about our hair, preferring low-maintenance styles without any bells and whistles. This has made it challenging to find a stylist who isn't pushy with products or services. Elizabeth is kind, professional, and very personable. We love her “no haircut, haircut” - perfect for those seeking a simple trim. We highly recommend her services!

My girlfriend and I were staying 2 nights at the Hilton and decided to do a couples massage. Julienne and Parker were AMAZING. Very thorough check in process. Before the massage, they asked if we had any specific requests and gave us the full rundown because it was our first ever full body massage. The massage itself was AMAZING. Afterwards, my girlfriend and I felt like we were floating with serenity. Would DEFINITELY recommend to anyone staying at the Hilton or nearby in the Short Pump area.
