I booked a teen facial for my daughter at Divine Spa and Body. She's been experiencing some pretty average teenage acne problems, but had a few areas that just weren't clearing up. I decided to get her a facial to really deep clean her face and help the medications from her dermatologist hopefully work better and just get her face back on track. It was our first trip to Divine Spa. The booking was SO easy which is a huge factor for me. I could book online and easily see dates and times that were available. Dion greeted us when we arrived and took us back promptly, no wait times. The salon was clean and tidy. Dion was so welcoming and professional and wore her mask. We felt comfortable there and like we were in good hands. She was thorough and explained processes throughout since my daughter didn't know what to expect her first time. By the time we even got halfway home my daughters face already looked so much better. Her skin was so much smoother almost immediately. While extractions are never fun especially for a 13 year old I am just so happy with the results and how much she is already glowing. We will definitely be back!

Sarah is hands down the best wax tech i have met. I have been getting sugar Brazilian for 2 years now and being a traveler who is in different states for a short period of time i do struggle to find the right person for my beauty needs. I have always had good services and relationships with all my beauty techs but Sarah is the only one that bonded with me on a personal level. Aside the great sugaring service she provided, she loves to workout, which we bonded over and she went ahead to share a link to a website where I can get information about events happening in the community since I am new here. Ok, I found my wax person in the Richmond Va area.

I had the pleasure of booking them for my sister birthday and it was an awesome experience. Everyone was very pleasant, professional, and welcoming. We did the Spa Party and we all enjoyed every service they provided for us! I received a facial and I enjoyed every moment of it and the products she used was great because my face is super sensitive to everything! My group also received yoni steam, detox blanket, massage and a few other services and they all enjoyed them as well. They also provided food and drinks for our spa party, the experience was everything and I would definitely go back again.

Dion is absolutely amazing! I have been going to get my facials and lash extensions/lift from her for about a year. I get compliments on my skin and lashes all the time. Her facials are gentle but purifying. Her professionalism, attentiveness and skill is unmatched. The only time I go anywhere else if I’m out of town.
