Such an amazing experience!!! I booked a spa day for my son's 16th birthday and from my perspective and also my son's, it was wonderful and exceeded our expectations ❤️✨🙏🏾 From entry into the facility, everyone was so warm and inviting. The massage room was huge and the waiting area was secluded and comfortable with house tea upon arrival. The cheese plate was beautiful and scrumptious- the best I've ever had! Everything was just beautiful! He enjoyed his massage, facial and pedicure. It was very calm and relaxing. I plan on returning for myself 😊 Christina did a fabulous job on my son's massage and the clerk at the front desk (I apologize I cannot recall her name!!!) she was beyond helpful with guiding me to places I could enjoy while waiting for my son's session to be complete- She was amazing!! I purchased some teas as well - their house tea is out of this world!! I made it as an iced tea in a pitcher at home and fell in love! Again, such an outstanding staff and experience ❤️ Thank you so much Everyone for making my son's birthday so relaxing and intentional!!

I have been coming here for two years for organic gel manicures and pedicures. I have always been impressed by the precision, professionalism, calm/relaxing environment and cleanliness. Today I had my first 90 min deep tissue massage with Kat. It was truly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She listened to my needs before beginning and delivered beyond expectation. Not only did she help with some musculoskeletal issues I’ve been having but I was more mentally relaxed then I have been in months. True zen. Will certainly be adding this to my self care routine. Thank you Perception for continuing to impress me and offer such excellent service and care!

The interior of the salon is so beautiful, plus it smells heavenly! I was greeted at the door and immediately shown the rack for nail colors as I was there for a pedicure. There was no wait and I went right back into a semi-private room, something I’ve never seen before. Kat made me feel comfortable right away. She got me a glass of water and was so friendly and helpful. She did a great job refreshing my legs and feet with sugar scrubs and other products that smelled and felt amazing! We had such a friendly conversation and she was such a delightful person! My nail color looks fantastic and she trimmed my nails just the way I like them. I was so pleased with everything at this salon. I visit Richmond quite often and will definitely be back and will ask for Kat when I return.

I had an amazing experience here! The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. Thi does my nails, she is AMAZING! Not only are all the nail services great, they also offer massage, facials, body treatments, and waxing! Did I mention everything is organic and made in house?? LOVE. Here’s a picture of my nails, I got a shellac mani, and as you can see Thi ate and left no crumbs. 10/10

I went in for a full set of dip powder nail enhancements and I had a lovely experience. I was easily able to set an appointment for the same day using their website. When I arrived, I loved the ambiance: it was cozy, clean, and they played lofi hip hop in the background. My nail tech, Ro, was amazing. His work was neat and efficient, but not rushed. Due to anxiety, I can sometimes be quite stiff or a bit jumpy, which can be challenging for some, but he remained gentle and accommodating the entire time. I wish I had come prepared to tip more. My only warnings are that the salon was small, but that's expected due to the location and the number of services they offer. Also, my tech assumed a couple things about how I wanted my nails done. His assumptions were right, loved the outcome, so I didn't speak up. There is an opportunity to write exactly what you want when booking and I'm certain if I had asked for changes on the spot it would have been no problem.
