Bardos Massage and Wellness

I recently saw Jamie for almost 6 weeks of post op lymphatic drainage massages and it made a world of difference in my recovery. Jamie truly pays attention to your body and listens to how you're feeling. The first 3 weeks I wasn't able to lie flat and she did everything to accommodate my needs and still give me quality care. Jamie (Kavita) is absolutely WONDERFUL!!! You can immediately tell she knows what she's doing & is so great at it. My mom received a massage from Mousie, which she absolutely enjoyed. We felt like we were in the clouds! These ladies have such a warm, welcoming presence, they make you feel comfortable & relaxed instantly by their demeanor alone. Such an amazing experience 11/10 recommend!! :)

I had my first massage at Bardos yesterday from Jamie. It was the best massage I have received in some time. She is an excellent therapist who listens to your concerns and applies her skills to those areas. I look forward to being a regular client of hers. In summary I highly recommend Jamie and Bardos Massage and Wellness.

I went to Bardos today for a post-surgery lymphatic drainage massage with Kavita. Upon arriving, I was placed with another therapist, which is totally fine as she was absolutely lovely however none of my information was passed along regarding my surgery or that I was arriving for a lymphatic massage. The therapist was able to accommodate me and complete the massage however she was not familiar with seeing clients less than 30 days of surgery and ended up using treatments that should not be performed so soon post-operatively. I would absolutely recommend Bardos for massage as it was extremely relaxing, however for post-operative lymphatic drainage I might recommend a clinic more familiar with post surgical care or wait until your restrictions are lifted so as to not compromise your results.

I had a great experience at Bardos, both Jaime and Priscilla are fantastic. The precision with which they targeted problem areas, such as my tense shoulders and lower back, was amazing. They both possess a mastery of various massage techniques that effectively alleviated tension and soothed sore muscles. I highly recommend Jaime & team from Bardos.
