Elements Massage

This is my second time here. I signed up for a monthly membership in December and was asked if I wanted to apply my entire $150 gift card to my account. Sure! The following month, my credit card was charged the full balance. My tip also came off of my credit card instead of using the gift card balance. When I asked the front staff to use my gift card balance I was told they can't do that. Then why did you apply my entire gift card to my account if I can't use it? She said I was welcome to get extras like aromatherapy, extend my massage time, or other add ons. That would have been nice to know before you took my entire gift card. I'm not interested in any of those things. I could've used that balance somewhere else. Definitely upset about that. Both massage therapists did an excellent job. Two very different styles and I enjoyed them both. I will continue my membership here because it's a nice treat every month.

I just got my first massage here and was lucky to get Peyton as my massage therapist. She made the whole experience very comfortable and she did such a great job finding my knots without hurting me. I have a low pain tolerance so Ive always been nervous but I finally got one knowing I needed it and I ended up signing up for a membership and booking my next appointment. I can’t wait to see Peyton every month!

Alissa was my therapist, I had a full body massage, and she was great. She maintained a firm and consistent pressure the entire massage. They were able to really get some spots for me and enjoyed working with them.

Joseph was great! I prefer a deep massage, which he does well and he was really knowledgeable and able to hit spots that had me walking out much more relaxed and out of pain. He gives you 100%! Highly recommend!
