New Look Eyebrows

There’s some people here that do an amazing job, but today was my first bad experience. I went there to get my lash clusters done. I had initially brought my own and they didn’t work out because their glue didn’t stick to my lashes so then she tried to use her own lashes And The outcome after she finished one eye, I was not pleased with and I asked her to take them off. She She stated that she would have to charge me $20 for her to take them off because she used her glue and her lashes. I just don’t understand why I would have to pay half price of something that I’m not going to be leaving the facility with I can’t do anything with just one lash on my eye I would understand if it was anywhere between $5 to $10 maybe but a whole $20 for one eye that I’m not gonna keep on and for lashes that are cheap that are way less than $20 and cheap glue. That’s also less than $20 is insane. That’s just bad business

I won’t go anywhere else to get my eyebrows threaded The staff are always inviting and attentive. They aren’t pushing additional services on you and are quick to get the job done with high quality. Haven’t tried their other services yet, but seeing other clients I haven’t seen or heard of a bad experience.

This was my first and last time at this place. I received service from Shabnum. She was on the phone the entire time of servicing me. While doing my eyelashes she said, "they are not guaranteed". She knew at that point that she was not doing a good job. Or just didn't care about her work. I also got my face threaded. I received the service on a Thursday. By Saturday both eyelashes on each end of the eye were off. The good news is, I went to Jasmine Nails and Spa and they made it all right!!!

Great experience and great work every time I come in for a touch-up. Very detail-oriented, I drive all the way from the other side of town just to get their services! Highly recommend!

Great service, good price, and I love my brows. I wish I got her name but she threaded after waxing to give me more shape. I will definitely return
