I LOVE AND TRUST Dr. Kitto soooooo much!!!! After several consultations around Richmond, and leaving feeling unheard and pressured into procedures I did not want, I went to Dr. Kitto and knew I was in the right place/hands! She took her time, made me feel seen, heard and safe and never tried to convince me I needed more than what I wanted. I had a Deep Plane Facelift and am beyond thrilled with it!!! From the time I scheduled it to my last post-op check in, Dr. Kitto and Hailey were with me all the way. The follow up, kindness and care they have for their patients is unbelievable! I never felt alone. while recovering and my recovery was easy because of this. My sister was in pre-op with me and Dr. Kitto and said” Dr. Kitto sees you as a person not as another surgery!” which is sooooo true!!! Dr.Kitto and Hailey are warm, kind, uplifting and focused on you when you’re with them. I have never felt more comfortable with a Dr. in my entire life! I LOVE THEM and so will you!!!! I still see Dr. Kitto for Botox. She and Hailey are stuck( no pun intended ) with me forever! ❤️ P.S. If Dr. Kitto recommends the Hyperbaric Chamber/Therapy, please do it. I was hesitant at first and so glad I did!

Dr. Kitto and her staff were the perfect blend of comfortable, relaxed and dutifully medical. I had a breast reduction and knew after my first appointment that, she was a good fit. Very convenient location on short pump town center.

I spent months debating about having a facelift and once I made up my mind to move forward, I spent another 2 weeks researching surgeons for the procedure. Dr. Kitto did such a great job. I totally recommend her. I did a lot of research and actually paid for a consultation with a different Dr before deciding on Dr Kitto. The other practice was fine, I just didn’t get the same great vibes. I had 2 different surgeries with Dr Kitto. One was in 2024 and was so successful, I had her do an unrelated second one in 2025. Dr Kitto is warm and personable, and will give you her realistic assessment of what can be achieved. For example, although you may want to get several things done at once, Dr Kitto will explain to you why certain things can be safely combined, but others might be too difficult during recovery. So, she is not just out for your money. I felt confident at every step. Her assistant Hailey is also awesome, always friendly but professional. My results have been amazing, and I highly recommend her practice.
