Whitney is the best!! I drove 2 hours for my botox/filler, but so worth it. Very knowledgeable and she listens and then gives her opinion. The entire staff was very friendly. Office is very clean & very inviting. Location is great.( wish she was closer 🤷‍♀️) Lol. Check her out on IG.

I visited Synergy by Shaw for the first time yesterday, after it came highly recommended by my aesthetician who does my facials. With age slowly creeping up on me, I’ve been toying with the idea of smoothing out some facial lines—so I finally decided to book an appointment. The process was easy: I submitted an online inquiry and received a text link to schedule through their portal. I went in with no expectations, as I usually do when trying somewhere new. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed—the space was spotless, bright, airy, and very welcoming. The front desk staff were warm and polite, immediately putting me at ease. I met with Jasmine, who walked me through Botox 101 in great detail. She answered all my questions thoroughly, laid out the pros and cons, and never pushed Botox or any other treatments. Like the rest of the experience, she made me feel completely comfortable. I decided to go ahead with Botox during the visit and was surprised by how quick and relatively painless it was—and I’m usually a baby when it comes to needles! Now it’s just a matter of waiting to see the results over the next couple of weeks. Overall, my first impression was overwhelmingly positive—professional, welcoming, and easy from start to finish.

Whitney is amazing! She is very talented, she knows how to make you look refreshed, and not overdone. She is very transparent and very patient with my many questions. Do not hesitate to get a consult with Whitney.

Maddie did my first ever Botox treatment and she absolutely killed it! I will never trust anyone else with my face. She made me feel so comfortable and was so kind. 10/10 would recommend!!!
