I can't say enough about my Zinsser fam. I am a loyal client of Heather the Amazing, fun so bubbly Aesthetician of Zinssers practice. Heather hands down is "THE BEST". Her skills and ability to gauge your skins needs and execute effortlessly is supreme. The front office ladies are so laid back yet so professional. Its always a pleasure laughing and catching up with the team. I have yet to meet Dr, Zinsser himself but i have girlfriends who had procedures by him and were thoroughly pleased. Definately, a winning practice.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Dr. Zinsser and the entire team. From my very first consultation, I felt completely comfortable and confident that I was in the best hands. Dr. Zinsser took the time to listen to my goals, answer all of my questions, and make sure I fully understood the process. The staff was so welcoming, kind, and attentive every step of the way — from scheduling and pre-op instructions to post-op care and follow-up visits. The level of care I received both before and after surgery was exceptional. They made what could have been a nerve-wracking experience feel easy and reassuring. I always felt supported and genuinely cared for. My results have exceeded my expectations, and I’m beyond thrilled with the outcome. I truly can’t thank Dr. Zinsser and the entire team enough for their professionalism, compassion, and incredible work. I would recommend this office to anyone!!

After having 5 c-sections, I had an extended Timmy tuck with muscle repair. This was 5 years ago. I couldn’t be happier with my results. The entire staff was kind and helpful with all of my questions post-op. The recovery isn’t a walk in the park, but I would do it again 100%! Dr. Z is amazing. He knows exactly how to give his patients the results they are hoping to achieve, and his bedside manner is awesome. I have another procedure I am hoping to do one day that I am saving up for, and I will absolutely go back to Dr Z.

I don’t usually write reviews, but after what I’ve gone through, I feel like I need to speak up so others don’t end up in the same situation. Back in the winter of 2019, I had surgery with Dr. Zinsser to remove excess skin from my midsection (a 360 procedure) and chest after a major weight loss. I was only 23 years old at the time. This surgery was supposed to help me finally feel confident after working so hard to lose weight. It was also extremely expensive — around $20,000, which I paid for by cashing out my retirement savings and using every bit of money I had. Before the surgery, I actually liked Dr. Zinsser a lot. He came across as kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He even connected me with another patient who had gone through something similar, which made me feel more comfortable. I fully trusted him. The day of surgery, I was understandably nervous but also hopeful. After the operation, he told my wife that everything went well and even made a comment saying I’d “have a butt like George Clooney.” I didn’t think much of it at first since I was recovering and on medication, but I now realize that comment said a lot more than I understood at the time. As my body healed and the swelling went down, I started noticing that my butt looked completely different — much larger and rounder than ever before, which I never asked for or agreed to. It was out of proportion with the rest of my body and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed. What was supposed to help my confidence ended up making me more self-conscious than ever. About two years ago, I went back to Dr. Zinsser to express my concerns. He was polite, but instead of offering a real solution or taking any responsibility, he told me it would cost over $11,000 — even after a “discount” — to fix it. I was shocked and honestly angry. I had already spent around $20,000 on the original surgery, and now I was being told I needed to pay even more to fix something I never wanted in the first place. I later went to another doctor for liposuction in that area, hoping it would help, but it didn’t make a difference. Now I’m facing the possibility of a third surgery just to correct this issue — physically, emotionally, and financially, this has been exhausting. I used to feel self-conscious about my body when I was overweight. I thought this surgery would finally make me feel good about myself again. Instead, I feel worse. I trusted Dr. Zinsser with my body, my confidence, and my savings, and I regret it deeply. At the very least, I believe Dr. Zinsser and his office should take accountability and offer a refund for the cost of the surgery, as it involved components I did not explicitly agree to. That would be the responsible and ethical thing to do. To anyone considering surgery here: please, learn from my experience. Ask every question. Get everything in writing. Don’t assume anything. I wish I had done that as it could have saved me years of frustration and regret.

I am so happy with my experience with Dr. Zinsser for my breast reduction. I had consultations with 3 other surgeons before I met with Dr. Zinsser and knew immediately I wanted him to do my reduction. From consultation to follow-up appointments he has been fantastic and my results were terrific with zero complications and a quick recovery. He explains everything in detail and really listens to what you are looking for and gives space for questions and concerns. He also makes you feel so at ease. I would recommend him to anyone seeing a breast reduction.
