Boastful Beauty

This was my first time at Boastful Beauty and Ashley was wonderful. She educated me through out my entire wax service. She even provided an after care email and care package. You can tell she is really thorough and truly cares about her craft and clientele. I will Definitely be going back to get PMU for my brows and lids. She is so knowledgeable about a multitude of services. She has a new client for life when it comes to waxing!

She does great work but the only problems I have is with her being late to appointments, if I have to pay to park, please be on time especially when she lives on the same street & walks to work.. Most recently, she rescheduled me for an appointment day that I did not ask for, and after she lied the first time, toward the end I started recording our conversations which I said to her I will let her know when I wanted a new date because of inclement weather.. I have it on record telling her that, and she agreed, then called me a week later saying that I missed an appointment that I did not schedule.. Communication & consistency is everything.. I just couldn't deal with the unprofessional environment.. If those things were corrected the first times I mentioned them to her personally, I would have no problem with returning, but there are other professionals out here..

Ashley was incredible! For my very first full-body wax despite me being 25 minutes late she took extra care with my skin, helped me with ingrown hairs, and even recommended skincare products. She finished 13 minutes early, didn’t miss a spot, and managed her time perfectly. Her kindness and empathy made the whole experience a breeze. I am so impressed and can’t wait to book my next appointment!

Easy to book and find. Place is clean and organized with the exception of the bathroom that needs more cleaning. She is very professional and explains things to leave you with no questions. Talks while waxing you and makes you feel comfortable. Table don’t have heat but the temperature in the place is good for when you’re half naked. She got all the hair removed without leaving any behind and offered free numbing as well as free aftercare package which you don’t get anywhere else! Prices are great and they include drinks and snacks. I loved it and will recommend all my people to her. Plenty parking in front and the street next to her but you will have to pay for time. I appreciate her honest business and that she didn’t pressure me to get any additional services as well as no pressure to tip.

It was my first time getting serviced at Boastful Beauty and I'll definitely be a repeat client! Ashley was so nice and she made the experience really wonderful for me. We talked about waxing and she provided me with education about waxing services I can get with my skin condition. I felt comfortable talking with her and feel much more informed than I did coming in.
