Luxura Aesthetic Medical Spa

I had a very good experience once I was at the location and being taken care of. First and foremost is getting to the actual building. Hugely difficult unless you find p.f Chang's and park nearby. Walk through that hallway corridor to go directly behind. I have photos to help. Please look carefully. Back to booking: The biggest negative which almost made me not go, was the way they got me interested. I was getting ads from social media. I started, booked online and confirmed. Everything was good until I got an unusual amount of text messages starting the next day that were not assigned to Luxura and definitely from a third party person. Not professional with the server changes in days and times. It was very aggravating as they continued to switch my options and appointment around. I almost gave up. I'm glad I didn't, this is what I found out because I went... All of the people that work there are true professionals. It was polar opposite of what I was thinking because of the communication before I walk through the door. Each one of them did their job very well. From the manager, the front end person and esthetician. I know the business well because I did every aspect of the beauty industry for well over 30 years and retired from it. I knew third party agencies tend to complicate things and they did a great job of doing so. But I really wanted my anti-aging facial. Other people with their reviews stated having issues the same way. They're way of online booking is not good, so I highly recommend you just choose one of the places that you want to go to and TALK to the people that actually work in that location. My esthetician was very professional and very good. Her touch was excellent and knowledge extraordinary. I really enjoyed my anti-aging facial. I highly recommend going in and taking advantage of your first treatment. My skin is moist, my pores are plump and hydrated, my lines are minimal. I am happy. It's a great time to take them up on their new client opportunities. They have great deals going on. Enjoy your treatment. Trust me you will! Great session with a great esthetician. —-Terrible sales dynamic. Could not read the room. Nice but awfully desperate for a sale. This is a medspa in a box type place. We had medical news going and bank issues and the sales lady still pushed and pushed other opportunities for a sale. Basically money sales before Christmas. Made my mother incredible frustrated and actually was everything but relaxing. Keep to your regular private medspa for real treatments with doctors. We had a used a special For a simple Micro needling session and I even disclaimed in the beginning I am Not interested in any gimmicks. Ladies were sweet but not very experienced in sales and understanding when to stop.

I regularly get facials and massages, but this was my first visit to this medical spa — and it definitely won’t be my last! My aesthetician, Haylee, was incredibly professional, kind, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire treatment. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and their experience. Haylee is a fantastic skin professional, and I highly recommend booking with her!

Absolutely the worse. I made an appointment to take advantage of a wonderful offer, received texts of my upcoming appointment, and drove 30 minutes with excitement to only arrive to frustration. 1. The receptionist asked me to fill out forms which was fine until I read the Client Acknowledgement Form which stated that agreed to the step by step procedures by the esthetician and so forth...well I didn't sign it because no one met with me to tell me anything. 2. I arrived on time for my appointmentat 9am...waited 30 minutes to only be told the person to see me was not there. The receptionist said they could contact them by Zoom call to find out where they were. REALLY??????I refused. One whole hour of my time was spent on nothing. No mgr to help me or even make an offer to compensate my time loss. I was dissatisfied. I set this appointment as a pre birthday gift to myself but oh well. And the sad thing is that I hate giving bad reviews 😒

Please beware and record your consultations/conversations especially with Kelly. My experience with Kelly is that she’s dishonest, untrustworthy, passive aggressive and lacks accountability. I told her the results I was seeking and she recommended microneedling. She shared a story about her experience and results. I was vulnerable and showed her my target areas and she reiterated that she has seen good results with microneedling, she’s even paying for sessions. I took her at her word. Sadly, I am not seeing the results I expressed to Kelly that I want. She tried to blame the aesthetician, the same aesthetician that during the consultation she raved about how fabulous and talented she is. Shalea is amazing!! She is knowledgeable and really care about her clients and their results. That is not my experience with Kelly. Talking with her is like being at a Timeshare pitch. Amber doesn’t seem dishonest, just avoidant, like you will not get her on the record. All I want is the truth, accountability and the results I expressed and was led to believe were possible. You got the $3000, I want the results you led me to believe that microneedling would deliver.
