The experience was soothing, refreshing, and exactly what my body needed post-op. They check on me weekly, answer every question, and make you feel like family—not a number. A month out and healing beautifully. If you’re thinking about liposuction, lymphatic massage or any reconstructive care, this is the place. Can’t wait for round two. 💆‍♀️✨🔥

I had my pre-op recently & Dr Burton Sundin made me feel at ease & comfortable... cuz I am honestly more nervous than excited tbh but him answering all my questions w/his skillful knowledge & giving ne an assurance that he will do his best to achieve my goal, that meant a lot to me & I know I'm in good hands! I had a very disappointing experience with Sono Bello and would not recommend this location to anyone. From the very beginning, things were unprofessional. My surgery date was changed, which already caused unnecessary stress. On the day of the procedure, the environment made it even worse. The doctor was talking loudly, using inappropriate language, and playing music at a very high volume. When you’re already nervous about surgery, the last thing you need is to feel uncomfortable or uneasy in the operating room. The post-surgery care was also disappointing. Follow-up appointments are with a nurse, not the doctor, and the visits felt rushed. They barely examined me or addressed my concerns thoroughly. Overall, the staff seemed poorly trained and the customer service was extremely lacking. Several employees were rude, unwilling to work with scheduling needs, and even mixed up my appointment with another client. It felt disorganized and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would strongly suggest doing thorough research before choosing this place. I personally would not recommend it to anyone.

My first visit to this location, the doctor was not only late but he was extremely rude and belittling. That should of told me that my experience was going to rocky. On one of my follow ups, I didn't even had my regular nurse. She gave me permission to not wear the compression during the summer. When my regular nurse did a follow up video call, she was extremely disappointed with my results. Mind you, I paid for the procedure out right and this was how I was treated. The ladies were all nice but treatment a huge fail.

The worst consultation I’ve ever had. The entire experience felt unprofessional and full of red flags. When the only person you meet is a salesperson and not a surgeon!! it already says everything. I was told that I would meet the surgeon only after paying and only right before the surgery. On top of that, the meeting with the surgeon costs an additional $500, which is absurd. During the consultation, I sat with a very young representative who had no real medical knowledge. All she repeated was “we’re the best,” instead of providing actual answers. She showed me before-and-after photos of patients much older than me, and not even a year post-procedure. When I asked how they perform liposuction on patients with a BMI over 30–32, the only responses I got were things like “because we’re that good” or “we’re the best.” No explanation, no medical reasoning nothing. To make things even worse, they charge $1,800 for insurance “in case you’re not happy with the results.” This raises two major issues: 1. Why should I pay more if they deliver an unsatisfactory result? The responsibility should be theirs. 2. Check their BBB profile to see what kind of responsibility they actually take. (Spoiler: none.) Overall, the consultation felt superficial, misleading, and completely lacking transparency.
