I recently had a Pico Laser treatment for pigmentation at Smooth Skin Laser LLC with Dr. Addy, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the whole experience. From the very beginning, he explained everything clearly — how the laser works, what to expect during the procedure, and how the results would gradually develop over time. The treatment itself was quick and surprisingly comfortable. My skin was a little red right afterward, but it calmed down quickly. I didn’t experience heavy scabbing, just a light flush, which was exactly what Dr. Addy had explained. He also reassured me that the pigmentation would slowly rise to the surface in the following weeks, so I felt informed and confident instead of worried. What stood out most to me was how gentle, patient, and attentive he was throughout the process. He checked in on me, made sure I was comfortable, and provided very clear aftercare instructions. I felt well taken care of from start to finish. The clinic itself was also very welcoming and professional, which made the overall experience even better. Love this place! I’ve tried laser removal at another office before and it wasn’t very effective and it was more expensive. I feel like this place is a unicorn - prices are reasonable, results are good, the staff is so friendly and you can typically get in quickly! Special shoutout to my service tech who was super detail oriented and even hit spots I had overlooked but needed! This place is so good I drive 45 minutes for it and would recommend the same to anyone nearby!

My appointment at Smooth Skin Laser was very professional. I was evaluated by their Physician and he also performed the entire laser procedure. I had extensive education about the care of my skin, proper selection and use of skin care products, and the mechanism of how the laser works. There was no pressure to buy products or to purchase other procedures. The focus was only on how the laser procedure would help my aging skin and on ways I can protect my skin in the future. I highly recommend Smooth Skin Laser without reservation.
