I have enjoy Beauty wizard services for a while now, Had the microblading by Sherly, many facials and micro needling as well. I had a cosmetic surgery that went bad and they were very kind to me. They make you feel like family

I went there for the first time a few weeks ago, wanting to get lash extensions for the first time. I read reviews for quite a few places; and chose Beauty Wizard based on their overall reviews. After I got my lashes done, they felt very hard, quite a few lashes were falling out after a day or two, and I wasn’t given much after care instructions on what to expect. My eyes burned as well and I constantly felt like something was in my eye. Last, the girl that did my lashes didn’t speak any English so there was a language barrier while I had questions. I wish prior to booking, they would’ve asked for a language preference, since I don’t speak Spanish. Also, since I was new to lashes, I went somewhere different afterwards to get them redone and they are so much better now. I did not experience any burning or hardness with the lashes at the new place I went to. My lashes are still in tact too after a few days. Complete difference, so I hope Beauty Wizard takes note of this info provided for future clients looking to book lashes there.

I was so nervous about getting the microblading service. Let's just say Shirley welcomed me in and assured me I would love them. She explained every step before it was done and answered all of my questions. I wish I had done this along time ago. I LOVE MY EYEBROWS and the service I received.

New policies are terrible for recurring customers who only need minimal servicing. Every question I asked the front desk was met with “I’m sorry”, some other irrelevant policy, and no direct answer to my actual questioning. I love Shirley’s work and she saved my eyebrows, but the lack of communication this past year (blamed on me) and then being told I would have to pay 5x the amount of my retouch as the availability of Shirley won’t be for months, how is that also my fault? The arguing it took to have them ask if I could send in a picture of my eyebrows “to see” if they could give me my original price is absurd. I won’t be back anymore unfortunately and if you’re not going to live in the salon, I wish you luck on your future appointments and prices.

I will recommend Beauty Wizard!! This was a wonderful experience for me from the beginning to the end. From my initial greeting to the end of my massage. Michelle and the young gentleman at the reception station are always welcoming very polite. Andrea is the BEST she’s an amazing massage therapist warm and friendly. She gave a very thoughtful massage, asking if her touch was the right amount of pressure and making sure I was comfortable throughout, and kept me informed through each stage of the massage. Andrea would answer any questions you ask! She’s the BEST😆(facial, eyelashes) etc I would recommend Andrea anytime, she would be seeing a lot more me😃
