I came in to get a skin analysis with Liv and she was so knowledgeable and professional. She really helped me figure out my problem areas and we even got to do a last minute hydrafacial the same day, and it was so hydrating and i was absolutely glowing after! I have combination skin so I have struggled to figure out what will work for me, but she was so educational and recommended me some great products and even gave me free samples that i cant wait to try! The entire space was clean and beautiful. I will definitely be coming back, Highly recommend Ovme and Liv!

I've had the OVME Maintain Membership for $99 a month for over a year, and it has truly changed my life. I first came in with severe acne on my cheeks, and within just a few months my breakouts were completely gone. Genevieve is someone I trust wholeheartedly with my treatment plans—she’s the reason my skin is where it is today (acne-free!). She’s also incredible at recommending at-home products to use between sessions that are perfectly tailored to my skin and lifestyle. I also receive my Botox treatments and recently got lip filler with Chelcie, who I trust just as much. She explains everything in such detail and genuinely listens to what I want. I came in feeling nervous and unsure about the lip filler process, and she was not only incredibly comforting but also the best hype woman. What truly sets these women apart is how genuinely invested they are in you. They care just as much about your life and your confidence as you do. Nothing ever feels rushed or done “just for the money”—every recommendation and treatment is thoughtfully chosen because they want you to feel like the absolute best version of yourself. These women aren’t just estheticians—they’re truly life-changers. I can’t thank them enough for the confidence they’ve brought into my life.

My experience at OVME is always a 10/10. I would absolutely recommend them for all skincare needs! The staff is always welcoming and they remember who you are, which I think says a lot about them! I've been going for almost 2 years and have consistently seen Rachel as my esthetician. She's amazing, and a godsend! She truly rescued and restored my skin! We created my skincare routine together based on my unique skincare goals and needs. I also see Chelcie as my RN for my injections of Dysport. She's equally incredible. I'm not afraid of needles, but you are (or even just grossed out by them) they have you covered! Every time I've seen her she's made me so comfortable, and listened to exactly what I wanted. I walk away with confidence knowing my face will look exactly how I want it to. If you're on the fence about getting Botox (or other injections) - DO IT! You won't regret it, esp if you come here!

I had an outstanding experience at OVME in Richmond, VA! From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, everything was truly top-notch—welcoming, clean, and professional. Chelcie was terrific—professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. I was honestly nervous going in, but she immediately put me at ease. Her confidence, clear explanations, and calm approach completely settled my nerves, and I felt genuinely cared for the entire time. If you’re considering OVME, I can’t recommend them enough—especially Chelcie. Five-star service all the way!

*Very Disappointing Hydrafacial* I had a really disappointing experience today. I want to start by saying Anastasia at the front desk was wonderful. She was friendly, professional and welcoming. Unfortunately, the facial itself was not a good experience. The treatment was not relaxing at all. Water and serum continuously dripped down my neck, which was uncomfortable and distracting the entire time. While the esthetician was very kind and had a bubbly personality, she seemed to need more training. During extractions, she tried to extract what she thought was a blackhead, but it was actually a freckle/mole that I’ve had since childhood. She continued insisting until it wouldn’t “pop,” and then finally stopped. That was concerning and uncomfortable to the point my eyes were tearing. I’ve had many hydrafacials before (I just moved to the area), and this was by far the worst one I’ve ever had and my skin felt oily rather than hydrated after It also would have been nice to be asked before applying lip serum instead of it just being placed on my lips without consent. Additionally, the treatment room did not appear to be properly cleaned between clients, which made me uneasy from the moment I walked in. The bathroom was very dirty as well, with dirty paper towels on the floor and dirty paper towels overflowing into the clean stack on the wall. Another frustration was being told at the last minute that the business is cashless and that I had to use the card on file from when I made the appointment. That should have been clearly communicated at booking. The overall experience did not meet basic cleanliness or service expectations. I still paid and left a gratuity without any commotion. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I do not plan on returning.
