Jinah & Rachael are both amazing!!! My appointments are always smooth and fast! The front desk does an amazing job working with my crazy schedule and the atmosphere inside LaserAway is incredible! Very welcoming and comfortable, plus they have a free coffee machine ;)

I started my tattoo removal journey with LaserAway in January 2025 and my experience has been very positive so far. One thing I really appreciated was how informed the team was when answering my questions. There were several misconceptions I had about tattoo removal that they explained clearly, which helped me feel confident about starting the process. One thing people should know is that tattoo removal takes time. It is a long process, so if you are thinking about it I would recommend starting sooner rather than later. I also want to be honest about the pain. It is definitely more painful than getting a tattoo in my opinion and it also costs more than getting one. They do offer payment plans which helps, but once you start the process you are pretty committed to finishing it since the goal is to remove the tattoo. What really stands out though is the staff. Everyone there has been amazing. They are kind, welcoming, patient, and always make the appointments feel comfortable. And big shoutout to Jonah who has always got me through the sessions with a laugh and smile. Every time I come in they are lighthearted and helpful which makes a big difference during a process like this. I would absolutely recommend LaserAway to anyone considering tattoo removal or any of their other services. Just be honest with yourself about pain tolerance because tattoo removal is not easy if you have a very low tolerance for pain. But if you are ready for it, this is a great place to go.

I can’t say enough great things about Jinah and Rachael, the two nurses who have been helping me with my laser treatments at the Richmond location. They are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely personable. At every visit, they take the time to ask how I’m doing, check in on my progress, and make sure I’m comfortable throughout the treatment. Their care and attention truly make a difference, and I always feel supported and well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend Jinah, Rachael, and the Richmond location to anyone considering laser treatment because of the outstanding care they provide.

Amazing experience start to finish! Rachael did my laser tattoo removal and let me tell you…she zapped the heck out of the thing! Very personable and a joy to talk to during treatment. She was very thorough explaining my aftercare to properly care for the tattoo and answered all my questions/concerns during the process. 10/10 will be back and excited for round 2! The gals Sam and Veronica at the front were also so sweet and welcoming. Would highly recommend for tattoo removal 💕

This was such a good appointment! First of all, they were able to accommodate me two days before Christmas (on one day’s notice - luckily they had a cancellation!). I came to get a re-up on my lip filler and start some Xeomin for my 11 lines (forehead between brows). Jinah took care of me and she was SO QUICK and virtually painless for both procedures. She is also so friendly and sweet! I showed her the vision for the lips, and she made it happen! Also, LOVE Veronica at the front desk! So helpful and sweet as well! Bummer this is not my home location (I move a lot lol), but it would be awesome it if was!!!
