This was my 4th visit here, and I want to be honest about my experience. In the past, I didn’t have the best experiences with another dentist and assistant (I won’t mention names). The appointments felt rushed, and I often felt like my discomfort wasn’t considered. There was a lot of poking and working too quickly, and it actually left my gums really inflamed and sore afterward. Because of those experiences, it unfortunately caused me to develop severe anxiety about going to the dentist. This time, I decided to speak up and share that I struggle with dental anxiety — and I’m so glad I did. The assistant, 💕JUSTICE*** , was truly an angel to me. She was incredibly kind, patient, and gentle. She made me feel comfortable and safe, almost like how you’d reassure a child — but in the best way. I genuinely felt cared for. Dr. Jung was also so sweet and understanding. Both of them treated me with compassion and made the entire experience so much better than I expected. If you struggle with anxiety about dental cleanings, I highly recommend asking for Justice and Dr. Jung. They made such a difference for me.

I had a truly great experience. I usually don’t enjoy going to the dentist, but this visit was such a blessing. The team was kind, understanding, gentle, and very encouraging. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff who handled my exam and cleaning made me feel completely comfortable. I haven’t been to the dentist in a long time, and my teeth need a lot of work—no exaggeration. I’ve always been self-conscious about my smile, but instead of feeling judged, I felt supported and encouraged. I’ve already booked my second appointment and feel confident they’ll help me achieve my best smile. If you’re nervous or embarrassed about your teeth, I encourage you to book an appointment and give them a try.

The staff at Best Smiles are understanding, proficient and professional. Upfront, the ladies are attentive and patient with my questions and my anxiety! Very grateful they provide sedative options, without judgment. I received my first root canal at the Hull Street office today with Dr C. and dental assistant Daijah. Dr C. is efficient and confident, works throughly and calmly. Daijah really helped ease my nerves and I felt she was very easy to talk to while we were prepping for the procedure. I was very pleasantly surprised at how my dental care went on my first visit. I was treated very well and impressed with how easy and painless it went. They communicate well and most importantly to me they did not hurt me. They were also very professional and seemed like they cared about my concerns and dental care. I will continue to come here. I have full confidence in Dr. Jung,and Daijah the assistant were top notch. Appointments were easy to schedule as well. Thank you again.

Dr. Sahni is an amazing dentist and takes great care of me every time! I recently had a 6 month cleaning and Dr. Sahni along with Mercedes took great care of me. Mercedes was very caring and told me everything that was happening! I have previously gotten fillings done at this location which was a breeze and they did a perfect job. Everyone working the front desk is always so nice and fun to talk to. I definitely recommend coming here!
