This was my best experience at a dental office! I have a fear of going to the dentist, and I know my teeth are rough. I initially went bc I felt my root canal was off (I just moved here so the root canal was done from an out of state office), and they were able to get me in that same day. I walked out with my referral and made the next needed appt. The staff was so welcoming and nice. As a woman, I felt very comfortable! They showed me my images, listened to what I had to say, and was very transparent when looking in my mouth with what they were doing. It was also very comfy and clean! They also had stickers lol

Beautiful office, friendly staff all around, taken back right at my appt time and Dr Sterling was fantastic and was very honest with me about veneers in terms of why they wouldn’t be best way to go for me. (Wasn’t trying to sell me something that he wasn’t comfortable with.) Happy to have found this practice!! My daughter had great exp too!

I am new to the Richmond area. I have such anxiety about dentists, and I was afraid I would not find a dentist that I would feel comfortable with. From the moment I walked in to the time I left, everyone was so warm and friendly and the care was gentle and thorough. They were great and I feel real good that I found a place that I can look forward to getting my teeth cared for that is very inviting! 😊

I love this clinic and my doctor! I am not a fan of going to a dentist, but I get here the nicest experience I could ever have. All the stuff is extremely friendly, kind and polite. I feel like they always want the best for you and I trust them so much. My husband and his family has been going there since he was a child and I think that really says a lot! They also recently moved to a new building with all new equipment and their colorful renovation is so much fun.

After avoiding the dentist for three years, I was incredibly anxious, but Monument Family Dentistry completely changed my perspective! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was amazing, with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The new office is bright and beautiful, and the music selection being filled with top-tier classics and modern-day hits was definitely a highlight. Since the office is so new, the equipment and technology also helped in translating a clear picture of my mouth for both the dentist and me. The team for sure was my favorite part. Zee was a rockstar with the financials and insurance, making everything clear and easy to understand. Fatima, the dental assistant, was so gentle, kind, and experienced, walking me through each step and making me feel comfortable. Dr. C was professional, quick, and funny, ensuring a painless extraction. I felt safe, cared for, and not judged at all. This diverse, flexible, prompt, and friendly team is the best I’ve encountered and they were funny, too! I even laughed a few times, which is a first for me at a dentist. I called the morning of and was able to get an appointment, but I was also able to discover a new and awesome clinic in the Richmond area. MFD deserves the praise, and if you're looking for a dentist and a home—especially if you've been putting it off and want a quick, safe, fun, and professional space with a team that cares about your oral health, this is the place to go!
