Karen is very knowledgeable. She is able to discern what treatment is best for your needs. She will be on the side of a more conservative treatment if possible. And discuss all aspects of a more aggressive approach and if it's truly needed. I appreciate working with her with my aging skin care. I didn't start until later in life. Other places said I'd need more drastic care to just achieve a less aged/natural look. Yet here I am, my skin now looks better than it has my entire life.

I went to Aesthetic Alternatives for milia removal. I found their office, and staff to be professional with a pleasant ambiance. The Dr was professional as well, with a good bedside manner. She was very thorough in explaining the process. I asked for all visible milia to be removed. Four were treated. That seemed like a low amount, but I trusted the Dr. Afterwards I looked, and noticed there were eight milia, twice the amount treated. There was no visible difference in the ones treated. I waited for the ones treated to heal, and go away. After healing they were the same as before treatment. I give the office, and their general professionalism a 5, but the efficacy of treatment a 1.

This was the first time I got a facial, I did do my homework on what would be considered a good or bad facial and this was definitely a good one. Everyone was very nice and I didn't expect it to be relaxing, but it really was in my opinion! They also gave really good advise and it definitely helped improve my skin in a short amount of time before a big event. Thank you!

I came in for Dysport and some filler but ended up leaving with those PLUS something better. She walked me out front after my appointment and recommended a couple products for me to try. Two weeks later, my forehead has zero wrinkles (thanks, Karen and Dysport!), my cheekbones look amazing (thanks, Karen and filler!), and MY SKIN IS CLEAR for the first time in YEARS! I can't thank Karen enough for both her skill and her desire to help. She not only saved me a ton of money and hassle (I was considering Acutane), but also made such a difference in how I feel about my face at 40. I'll definitely be back and ask for Karen!
