I had such a great experience at Radiance Med Spa! Addison and Bella at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming. Kelly was amazing during my consultation. She really listened, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease. The whole place has such a warm, relaxing vibe. Highly recommend!

What a gem! The minute you walk in the door you're genuinely welcomed by Bella and Addison and the pampering begins. No side eye or judgy glances like some places. Just down to earth kindness and friendly professionalism. I was so impressed with the entire staff. Kelly explained several high tech services they provide with expert knowledge, but in a way I could understand and never made me feel pressured to book or make an immediate purchase. Hannah's facial was luxurious and thorough; I'll definitely be going back for more. Not to mention the products they sell are top quality yet affordable. I'll be skipping the dermatologist from now on and going to see the ladies at Radiance.

Radiance Medspa offers many options involving the newest technology on the market. Everyone was pleasant and friendly at the spa, and it was very easy to schedule an appointment. I was also reminded by a text message about my appointment and received a free of charge consultation prior to the actual treatment. It is a local small women-owned business that we are all lucky to have and should try to support.

I had my very first facial — really my first anything face-related — and Hannah was my esthetician. She made the entire experience incredibly comfortable and relaxing. Since I didn’t understand the process, she took the time to explain each step as she went, which I really appreciated. She was knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Had a few miscommunications with the front but I believe things are being handled. Spa was clean and beautifully decorated for the holidays which made the esthetic welcoming. Overall, good experience and results for my first facial!

Radiance Medspa in Louisville is the best! Everyone there is so warm and welcoming. I had the pleasure of being a client of nurse Kelly. Her work hands down speaks for itself. She is so sweet, super patient, and never pushy to push products on you. I am new to this beauty world and always have so many questions and she always answering my questions and explaining everything super thorough. I never feel nervous when I am in her hands.
