Beware of this company! Their treatment of people with terminal illnesses should be reported to the state attorney general (or any watchdog organization) as they need to be investigated. My relative has had nothing but trouble and mistreatment with receiving the life-sustaining infusions she needs every day (with the rare exception of a kind delivery person here and there). This is not how people should be treated when struggling to live. Instead of being able to enjoy her days, she has had to deal with long waiting times for deliveries, inaccurate deliveries that have threatened her already precarious health, rude customer service people who do not take responsibility for their mistakes, and boxes of vital supplies that are impossible to deal with in her condition, etc. This is not how a medical care company should operate, but she did not have a choice when starting with them. Hopefully, she does now and can get better services, but the damage has been done. If you have a choice, dear reader, choose carefully, and if you end up with this company, make sure to report their incompetence and mistakes. Document everything! But it is best not to choose them at all, if possible. It is horrible to see a wonderfully kind and sweet relative suffer mistreatment in the uncaring hands of companies like this one.

My experiences with Option Care have been extremely positive. The nurses are knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I have been using their facility for close to 3 years and have no complaints.

Option Care Louisville, KY are the rudest folks I have ever had to deal with. We have medicare and blue cross and blues shield for insurance. They only billed medicare, and are trying to get me to sign some sort of admission agreement to hold me responsible for payment if medicare doesn't pay. They should be going to my secondary insurance, bluecross and blue shield. Folks beware, this could happen to you.

Option Care Southeast was unfortunately given the orders for my infusion, and after two months of back and forth with them while my symptoms ballooned without care, I had to switch service providers. CVS specialty pharmacy had my order for TWO DAYS and now my rx is on the way with a tracking number in my hand. The intake specialist Ashley LIED to my provider that "the team had tried to reach out and could nor contact me," meanwhile no outreach had been conducted. The supervisor, Robin, who promised to look into it and return my call by EOD? Never heard back from her. I am appalled by not only the egregious inefficiency; but the gaslighting of a patient is atrocious. Patients, caregivers, providers--- take note and avoid at all costs. Any other option is better than Option Care.

Absolutely amazing service. Always very kind compassionate and helpful. Everyone here works very hard to make sure as patients we are all taken care of and getting our medications made correctly and on time. Great job option care Louisville!!
