Cryo Lounge

I’ve taken my daughter twice we love it. Which the last time was back before Christmas. What I didn’t like was last night 1/13/26 a guy called from their number and asked for my daughter, I told him I was the mother what could I help him with. He insisted on talking to her and I told him she’s a minor (12) he told someone in the background that and said well can you have her call. I asked him call for what and he hung up on me. If this is the way they do business I may reconsider continuing on taking my daughter there.

I can’t say enough good things about Cryo Lounge! Reduced inflammation and soreness, increased energy, mood boosts that last throughout the day, and so much more. The staff is amazing and it is a very comfortable and clean facility. I go almost every single day and it’s the best part of my day. Highly recommend!

Visited Cryo Lounge KY for my first cryotherapy session and was really impressed. The staff were professional, welcoming, and took the time to explain everything. The facility is clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment. I felt great afterward and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Cryotherapy has been a great experience! I completed a 10 day trial and loved it and have signed up since for the monthly membership. I can absolutely tell a difference in my sleep and pain with my back. The entire team is always so nice, shoutout to Kyle for always being awesome and helping with all our questions!
