I had such a wonderful experience here! The infrared sauna was incredibly relaxing — I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and detoxed. The cryotherapy session was invigorating and gave me an instant boost of energy. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything so you feel completely comfortable, even if it’s your first time. Everything was spotless and felt very high quality. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to support your wellness and recovery!

From the moment I walked into Recover Well, the welcoming ambiance and clean, modern space set the tone for a truly relaxing experience. The staff are professional, friendly, and took the time to explain the benefits of their services. I opted for both and started with the cold therapy which felt scary but they explained it really well then folowrd up with the infrared session. It left me feeling refreshed, calm, and noticeably more clear headed. The facility is thoughtfully designed: comfortable changing areas, good ventilation, and enough space so even during a session you feel serene and undisturbed. What impressed me most was the genuine care for client wellness. The team followed up with helpful tips for maximizing the benefits (hydration, cooldown, etc.) and made sure I felt supported before, during, and after. Overall, Recover Well Sauna & Infrared Studio is a standout for anyone looking to unwind, recharge, or explore wellness through sauna/infrared therapies. I wholeheartedly recommend it for yourself, a group outing, or a date night.

CONTEXT • My wife, who is a lapsed regular (having visited without incident roughly 20 times in 2024-25), called ahead to book a $35 “30 min Tandem Sauna” session — not to be confused with a $35 “Sauna Single Session” (to borrow from verbiage on our actual receipt), although functionally the two seem to be synonymous. My wife reported to me that she confirmed multiple times while booking that we could both go for $35, breaking down to $17.50 per person, which was an attractive value, so we went. PROS • Customizable heat and light settings for sauna, although only the default red light setting seems to be well-researched. • Nice amenities such as tea towels and shots of coconut water to help you rehydrate. • A variety of therapies beyond sauna — cryogenic, lymphatic drainage, etc. • Introductory packages for new customers. • FSA-eligible. CONS • Suboptimal rate communication, which can suddenly cause your expected benefits to halve or worse, tainting the entire experience. BOTTOM LINE • Don’t go without prepaying and probe for hidden caveats like expirations if you do. • Upon exiting our session, we found that our $35 “30 min Tandem Sauna” session only covered one member of our household, so we actually owed $70. (A lot of individuals must be booking single sessions in the tandem sauna room, if so.) To the cashier’s credit, a promotional rate that could have lowered our total cost to $60 and given us an extra visits was pitched. Just prior to paying, I noticed a sign on the counter that should have nearly doubled our extra visit count, so the checkout got adjusted. Just prior to paying for that, I inquired about any hidden expirations (since we were slated to leave town for 2 weeks) — two weeks from the first use, in this case. Frustrated by the bait and switch booking, promotional shell game, and unprinted fine print sales tactics, plus needing to address an urgent voicemail I received while in the sauna (and not wanting to delay the customers behind us line any further), I suggested that we pivot to whatever would get us out without any loose ends to manage. The screen then flashed $70 and I knowingly overpaid $10 — keeping in mind that we walked in expecting to pay $35 — just to end the conversation, never to return.

I had a wonderful experience at Recover Well. The spa is cozy, quiet and relaxing the minute you walk in. The staff are very friendly and knowledgable. I tried an introductory contrast therapy package and it did not disappoint. It is 30 minutes in an infrared sauna pod, followed by a few minutes in the cryotherapy chamber. Wow. I felt amazing after each session! I can’t believe how much I enjoyed cryotherapy, I went to an almost insane level of cold and it was exhilarating! Highly recommend giving this spa a visit!

My boyfriend and I did the tandem sauna pods and loved it! Very friendly staff, incredibly clean, and nice touches like lavender towel and coconut water that make it feel even more luxurious. Thank you!
