TwelveStone Infusion Center Louisville

Staff was very kind and patient. Everything went smoothly. Reclining chair was very comfortable. Entertainment options were great as I could watch Netflix and several other streaming apps. I selected them from the patient reviews and the reviews were accurate. The only thing I would like to see changed is the snacks/drinks to be in the room or I could walk down the hall to get them myself, but you have to ask for something and I know people don't really like to ask or want to bother someone when they might want a drink or small snack. It has on the website "Private suites include free Wi-Fi, snacks and drinks". That's the only thing different than my last infusion location.

I had a wonderful first visit. The facility is clean, the staff is kind, and the private suits are perfect. I slept through my whole infusion. Plus there's tv, free wifi, snacks, candy, and a very comfy recliner to sit in.

The people at TwelveStone were very good on checking in with me while during my infusion. They asked if I needed anything to drink and a snack while there. Had a television in my room and that helped to pass the time for me. Thank you staff members. 😊

As a first time visitor, my experience couldn’t have been more amazing! The staff were professional, friendly, and top of their game. I was in and out and completely satisfied with the service. If you’re new to infusions or have been getting them for years, I highly recommend switching over to TwelveStone today!

This is the 3rd different infusion center I've gone to and is easily the best one. The people were so friendly and efficient. The rooms are private and comfortable. The infusion itself was seamless and quick, no unexpected wait times. It is the most comfortable you can possibly feel while doing something uncomfortable.
